the way the villagers blamed gauri ,as if gauri forcefully got married to jagya ,everytime they come insult her and go ,maan n maryada ,now if anyone had to accuse anandi or jagya woudnt this ds make their mouth shut ,when in childhood she decided to marry jagya to another girl where was her maan maryada ?now if tomorow they decide to marry anandi anyone else then i m sure villagers will come running that time these people wont speak up ?would they shut their mouth in the name of maan maryada .really silly and for villagers ,why they came ,what did they achieve by doin this ?poor gauri she is totaly insecure ,frustated on anandi ,obviously anandi is fighting for her while her own husband is against her ,wont she feel she is doin mahanta ka natak.i m sad that her frustation will make her only look bad ,nothing else.these conditions will make her look sick.she is not the the who bears everything .some situations this quality works in favour while sometimes it just doesnt help.no one is there to tell her or correct her, evrything is working as per dadisa hope jagya throws her out or she leaves the mahanta temple as soon as posible, hope ds plan become successful and let anandi live with jagya 😡.

tanvi: Gauri's greatest fault is she lacks maturity and common sense to understand situations.

Her sufferings are her own bringing----------if she had not pushed herself to impose on the Singh family nobody would have gone after them in Mumbai. She killed her peace of mind herself. Just apply Gauri's actions in the context of Anandi--------Imagine if Anandi had imposed herself on Jagya and forcibly asked for her wifely rights, Jagya would have insulted and rejected her the same way that the family members are rejecting Gauri. That's common sense. If you invite trouble, it's your own doing, you can't blame someone else.

Now regarding the villagers. The villagers are exact representations of real life villagers in India. This is the way most villages operate. The Panchayat resolves family matters------and that right is granted in our constitution--------and the villagers have done nothing outlandish. Many villages still have the social boycotting system and the panchayat often takes decisions regarding personal matters too. Villages don't operate like cities where people can do anything they like and nobody cares. Now Gauri being a village girl herself is acting as if she is foreign to the village ways and doesn't know how to behave in a village. She should have known how the villagers would react to the news of Jagya's second marriage. Who's going to take her seriously if she keeps screaming that she is the legal wife? Reforms in villages are not done like that. She can't change things in one day.

The worst part is on both occasions when she shouted at the villagers, she didn't give a chance to dadisa to speak. The villagers were talking to dadisa and she should have waited for her response. It's highly disapproving to wash dirty linens in public. Gauri's actions did no good but only damage------it's not that villagers will change their views about Gauri. Instead she made herself more ridiculous.

Shouting is not a solution for every problem. Agreed she is under stress, agreed she felt insulted but her actions are doing more and more damage to her, even for her marriage.

Gauri should calm down and think logically. Then only she can see who's the culprit, who's the victim and apply her common sense before doing anything. Else she will end up badly caught in the web of troubles she has created for herself.

yeah she made the same mistake which A'd done!! dreaming of getting luv n acceptance from a creep like J. she will also loose her "so-called legal husband" just like A lost her "so-called illegal husband"!!
and not just precap or recent epis r showing her insecurity it was in her from the time she left out by her parents & singh family in the childhood!! she can't stand A as she knew that A is much better human than her who after getting such treatment from G still thinking gud of her!!
and its a common psychology that ppl 4give oders 4 being wrong than being proved right!!!and G is doing exactly like this since from the childhood!! she was helped by A in the childhood & now also A is helping her( though i wud say A is doing wrong 2 help such an ungrateful prsn ,atleast now J started feeling guilty & i still fine J more at fault than G) and she can't digest this that though she so much "so-called educated gal" or " a Daactar" but is proving lowly in human values & can't get the status of beendni of the haveli & luv & care of family!!🤢🤢
wen G was left out by all then she might've decided 2 study so thta not any1 can reject her on the basis of her educated status but that thing ingrained in her so -vely that wen she came 2 know abt J she thought after recovering from her initial shock that now even J can't reject her like he'd done in the childhood!! and just 2 satisfy her ego she made a Himalayan blunder!!!🥱🥱🥱if she'd use dher herat & brains 2gether alonwid the awareness of her educn then she wudn'tve been in this mess which is created by herself!!

Today the only person who should have spoken before the villagers is Jagya!!

It was his decision to marry Gauri. So when the villagers were asking the Singh family about Gauri's identity and was insulting his wife, he should told them calmly that he has married again. He should have answered all the questions to the villagers.

Instead what did our Jaggu dada do? He too, insulted the villagers telling them not to interfere and asked his bapusa to show the door!!!!
Jo kehna tha woh nehi kaha.

What can we expect anything else from our Jaggu dada?!!! The same, old spineless wimp ! 👎🏼

Waise - both DS and J deserves someone like G.😉

G is making herself ridiculous but at the same time, DS has to pay a price. DS thought that she can play her double game to bring back Jagya very smoothly, but it seems it won't be a very smooth ride.

@woman11 - Do you really think Dadisa would have revealed Gauri's true identity or speak in favor of her even she had kept quiet.

Gauri made herself look psychotic, but at the same time, the world knows the karnama of Jagya and will also raise questions about DS for allowing G to stay in the house.

Jaggu did exactly what I expected him to do. He does not have the balls to own up Gauri before society and face its heat.😡

My point is not what dadisa would have said--------the point is that the questions were thrown to dadisa because she is the eldest in the family and the onus was on her to explain things. If Gauri had a problem with her explanation, she should have confronted dadisa in private, not in front of so many people. In fact, the very first day Gauri felt bad about dadisa introducing her as door ka rishtedar, she should have told dadisa herself, not complained to Jagya.

I have problems with people washing dirty linen in public. There are problems in every household, we might not agree with what our elders do but that doesn't mean one should reveal the ugly entrails of one's private life to public. The way Gauri reacted showed not only her lack of manners but also did severe damage to her. She did not prove anything by shouting, only ruined her own self-image and made herself more ridiculous. 😲

@ woman 11

I agree that washing dirty linen is not a good thing to do. G should have spoken to DS when for the first time she introduced G as door ka rishtedar.

But then, things did not remain private affair anymore.

Yesterday's whole incident was a continuation of the event happened before.

Earlier the villagers came to complain about G's behavior with "married" J. It's such a shame that the villagers pointed finger at G, and turned blind eye to the fact that J was also having a good time with her.

When the villagers were insulting G by telling that she is a characterless girl running after a married man, G saw that DS was patiently hearing that. G had already seen how DS has concealed her relation with J before the villagers.

So, from G's POV, it was important that someone tell them the real incident.

Personally I feel, at that time too, Jagiya should have come out in open. But as G herself said, he does not have the guts to defend his wife.

So G took the matters in her own hand and told them the reality.

If G would have kept quiet in the earlier episode and let Dadisa speak, Dadisa must have given some lame excuse for JG behavior. God knows what excuse DS would have given but at least she would have never own G in front of anyone. It would mean she would have to accept the trash that was thrown on her by the villagers.

On the other hand, no one would have blamed J or DS for anything. They would not have known the real incidents of the haveli.

So, even if G is endangering her marriage, but at least she is not hiding the reality from the world.

Both J and DS deserve that. Enough of J's spinelessness and DS's double play.

When things have already come out in open partly, then what's the point in hiding the actual truth ???

It's nothing new in our society. No matter who is wrong actually, fingers always raise to women. but still I can't support Gauri's behaviour. she should speak gently to the villagers. and she should understand that it's a hard task for the family to tell about Jagya's second marriage, when everyone in the village loves Anandi. and how can the family accept a woman as their bahu, when she had insulted her in front of the village?

do u remember the episode, when Anandi and Jagya had fallen from bike and went to wash themselves to a nereby well? they were playing with water, and a villager saw them. then he came to haveli to complaint about Anandi's behaviour? when they can complaint about a married wife, then it's quite natural that they will raise finger to Gauri's charecter.
