If Anandi is a true well-wisher of J-G then she or Bhairon should tell them about the legal aspect. Instead she is talking about accepting this marriage publicly because the couple love each other. If the family does what A is suggesting and later the truth comes out who will be the biggest loser, obviously G. Secondly what happens if J-G have kid(s).

Where mental/psychological games are concerned, A has a definite upper hand. Obviously G's upbringing and education has not prepared her to deal with such situations.

they will drag the legality issue till J gets into the dilema between A and G ... if they bring truth now , may be J will go ahead and divorce A ... so the climax would come when J feelings for A are back and den G demanding J to divorce A ... while J would look all kanphused...

I'm thinking the same as you. This may be the reason for this but i may be also so that A can see if J really loves her or he loves G if she realises he loves G then A will divorce J and let him live his life.I believe A is in a dilemma right now..Only thing we've got left is to wait and see what happens..

I am afraid both of you may be right in this prediction. But then what does it say about A's character. Only that she is better at playing mind games and maintaining good image, not that she is a good person. I do not want her to be "mahaan" but I would like her to be good and straightforward.

I think Anandi's reason for not telling the legal aspect is that Jagya might be punishable by law for bigamy. If Gauri learns about her illegality then she will obviously try to get Jagya and Anandi go through a proper divorce procedure. That will open a can of worms for Jagya since bringing in the court and the law can lead to dire consequences for him. Also, one of the main reasons Anandi didn't pursue the legal battle is because she believes the mental bond between a couple is more imp than a legal bond. Anandi is extremely hurt at the fact that Jagya has abandoned her-------that's the ultimate truth for her, she really doesn't care about the fact that she is the legal wife. There's no point in pursuing the legal status when mentally the husband considers someone else as his wife. Unlike Gauri, Anandi never pushed for her rights and that's precisely why she doesn't push for her legal rights. I don't think she is playing any conspiratory games, since she doesn't know about dadisa's plan in the first place.

On a different note, a real life divorce case in a situation like J-A-G is not going to be easy. Many people have been saying that Jagya should get a proper divorce from Anandi and move on with Gauri. But in real life, divorces are much more complicated. Firstly, Jagya cannot bring any divorcable offense against Anandi------like charges of adultery, bigamy, sexual incompetence. So the only kind of divorce they can go for is mutual divorce. But a mutual divorce doesn't happen instantly. The couple is made to live one year in separation and then only can proceed for divorce. In this particular case, Jagya is already guilty of adultery and false info to court, so his mutual divorce is not going to be smooth. The judge can send him to jail since this is clearly a case of the husband cheating on the wife, not a mutual breaking of marriage.

@Antara Yes I agree that A is far from scheming or making plans on taking revenge from J. I was just not understanding the reason behind her hiding the legal aspect. What you mentioned in your post makes sense and knowing A she would think in those terms after knowing the truth and not wanting J to get punished. So basically it is one big web and a vicious circle.
