Anandi's legal argument - bogus - Page 2

As I know if property is family property thn u can't deprive ur son from it. But if its ur earned property thn u hv fully rit to give anyone. In jogia case their property r earned by DS, so only she hs rit to give anyone or deprive anyone and Bhairav stated this point. So court can attend thus case and they hv to prove the origin or property. I m not legal expert but just I m saying with practical knowledge.

the truth is anandi wanted to give a (boring) bashan on why B should give his nalaayak son money. It was plain irritating to watch A talk like that to B.

There was no need for anandi to bring in this bogus argument yesterday. It is not relevant in this time and space.

I don't think the CV's have bothered with so much legality for Anandi's dialogue...I think her speech was really symbolical and not to be taken literally...this is my feeling.

BUt lets say one fine day Jagya decides, HEY I need the money, hook or crook sooo I am going to file a case against my own family.


So he goes to the lawyer. The lawyer says amm they don't give you money !? aight pay me such and such amount, I will file the case in the court for you.

Now then Jagya comes back home and threatens everyone. Makhan kaka hears it then he goes and tells his wife. His wife while filling the water in the near by water tank tells another lady , the wife of the black smith. Who then while getting milk from the cow shed tells the wife of the milk man and the news spreads
