Gauri's Parents are irritating

What kind of parent are this? The girl comes home after many days, tired and crying and they keep bringing up the topic of her marriage and her bidaai away from parents.

yeh kya thareeka hai? bacchi ithne dino baad ghar aayi hai, instead of asking her to rest, relax, be comfortable and then ask questions, aathay hi saath shaadi shaadi byah byah...

I am so happy Gauri is strong so far. I think if it were left to her parents, they would ruin her life by marrying her off to some idiot, aka someone like Jagat mahan.

i think they are deaf..!!! gauri was crying sooo loudly😭...and they could not hear anything??!!! mistake...

@dwsc: Yeah, I was really confused... I kept thinking ke kabhi bhi koi knock karne waala hai... but she trashed the entire room aur koi raat tak nahin aaya :S I kind of wish they'd had a more realistic reaction from Gauri's side... no matter how upset someone is, they're not going to create a tamasha somewhere where awkward questions will arise from it... I just felt like that scene was really unrealistic. Especially since raat bhi ho gayi and no-one came :S And even if by some miracle they didn't hear the noise (or had high quality soundproofing in the gaon... who knows?), any half-decent parents would've come to check on her at some point between her arrival and it getting dark, just to see if she was OK or sleeping or whatever... especially in this case, since they were already worried about her odd behaviour. It was just a really nonsensical scene overall, IMHO :S

Yeah, but they looked all concerned about why their daughter had run upstairs sobbing (well, the mum did, at least)... doesn't seem logical that they'd just be like, "Oh well, let's go shopping now" or whatever. I'm probably overreacting massively wrt this blooper, though... 😆
