Massa is one namoona who can never change and even think other wise...

exactly ammoos... if we start speaking in her own tongue, "isne toh javani mein hi apne dhani ko kha gayi... aur apne jethji ke laadesar ko chura ke bhagoo ho ghar se !
dono chhoron ka mooche tho nikal ke agaye, bhir bhi apne pallu mein bandhke firti hei ye. aur to aur apne pote ka bhi jaana mushkil bana dala, tab jaake furzat mili hei isey" 😉
sorry pals for the unhealthy thought and language, but just trying to see how maasa would react had it been one of her beendnis in her place 😉

There is a lot of reasoning in your point. This serial has flip flopped about the men in the household.

Basant - Most of the time has not ever supported Gehna except for a short duration during the birth of his son and when Gehna left. His immense love for her was to try and marry her off to another man. Commendable but not in character with who he is. Rest of the time ''Mama's Boy'' The angry young man act is getting too boring for words.......... for me.

truly yaar... the way he was behaving at that time, i thought at last this guy discovered his long lost brain. but then that was it! 2 months, n he is back to his same old self... lagta hei ab iske aankhen khulane ke liye niranjanji ko wapas bulane padega.

Bhairon - The sensible one - has fought on a number of occasions for right over wrong but of late, I don't know what is happening to him. He is just sort of keeping peace but not really fighting for any rights.

agreed he is the most sensible of the lot... ut whats the use!! he never acts, only thinks... n yea, cries in front of sumitra saying "mein apne aap ko bahot besahaara mehsoos kar raha hoon" but must say - great understanding between the couple... though he is unable to stand up for his wifes rights (and he too sufferers from selective awareness) at least once in a while he does stand up to maasa for his bhabhi n bahu.. and about sumitra - she is another namoona - has no complains what so ever about how she is being treated by maasa. so the duo still stays great with mutual understanding respect and zero complaints

Jagya (now) - Took on Maasa for Phooli ( and rightfully), Thausa for Sugna but cannot see the treatment of Maasa on Anandi. What is this selective awareness????????

there! the angry young man - he see everything... knows everything.. we had seen his face turn red when maasa leashed out on anandi too.. but then he wouldn't talk for her (jaise baap waise beta) he'll raise his voice for every one else... he'll defend phooli, he will not wait for massas nod to make his mom happy by bringing her bro on raksha bandhan... he will fight tooth n nail for his suffering sis. but with anandi its selective alertness (though cant call it selective awareness)

Mahaveer - Now there is your enigma.....What is he doing there?? I would really like to know. Speaks out against Gehna when he does not know the story. Believes Maasa when she makes up stories. He is actually living in that household, can he not see what is happening.......Is he blind or deaf??? Strangely one short meeting with Thausa and he knew that Thausa was not to be trusted. His role,at present, is undefined and irrelevant for me unless he takes some stand.

so is this guy here to take revenge? i thought they gave some clue pointing that way, didnt they? but he doesnt seem to be doing anything in the house other than say "i have no right to speak, but still..." anyway... i still feel actions speak better than words... and if maasa wants her beendnis to be subservient namoonas, i'd love to see her be that to her jeth ji too... that would be a funny twist na? to see maasa serving someone instead of ordering?? and after all thats what she preaches.. no matter how unreasonable or illogical the elders may sound, u have to keep serving them!!! coz they have more silver streaks on their heads and thts all what counts!

So, I guess now we will have many episodes of the ''torture of the beendni's'' till someone stands up to Maasa. And what is with the promo of her putting her glasses down before she goes into her battle mode. Have the cv's cured her eyesight???😉

cvs can do anything yaar.. we are not supposed to question them 😉
