ANANDI'S BIRTHDAY
Anandi gets ready while preparations for her Birthday festivities is in full swing. Gulli comes there and says that Anandi is looking very pretty. Anandi and Phooli's friend Meena comes there (never heard of her before...kahan se aa tapki 😆) The girls talk about Anandi's saasra and bidaai. Meena says her sasra folks must be arriving soon and goes outside. Phooli asks Anandi how she imagines Jagya to be. Anandi thinks he will be Tall, fair, no mustache and lean. Phooli smiles at this.
Bhairav and co. arrive, minus Jagya and Maasa. Anandi keeps looking at the crowd wondering where Jagya is. Khajan welcomes everyone and asks them how they are doing. They say Maasa could not make it due to health and Jagya has gone on some trek. They ask for Anandi. Phooli fetches Anandi. Anandi asks Phooli to point out Jagya. Phooli points to a humongous man downing samosas 😆 Anandi is upset and asks if he is indeed Jagya and Phooli says he is. Meena and Gulli keep laughing. Anandi says Jagya has become uncontrollable abt his food.
She takes everyone's blessings and talks to Nandu. Sumitra tells Anandi that Jagya could not make it. Anandi realises that Phooli was joking. She is sad that Jagya couldn't come. The dancing begins and Anandi watches sadly, missing Jagya.
