Anandi comes to dadisa to beg for forgiveness and swears that she will do whatever she is told. She will even stop her studies is dadisa doesn't like. Dadisa asks her to bring all her books and Anandi brings them. Dadisa light a candle and ask her to set all the books on fire. Anandi is hesitant saying its VIDYa and is an insult on VIDYA DEVI. Dadisa taunts her that she cant keep her words. Anandi says she wil do whatever she says but don't burn the books, dadisa can keep the books with her. Dadisa is adamant.
Anandi remembers Basanth saying everyone should listen to massa. She takes the candle and put her books on fire. Dadisa is hapy that Anandi sticked to her words and ask her if she do study behing her. Anandi nods no. Dadisa ask her to take the ashes away.
Asha is about to have her food, thausa comes says she is the one responsible for the poison as she couldn't bear to see Suhna happy when she gets shooed away and secretly keeps the poison bottle there and put the blame on her and tries to drag her out. She says it was him who mix the poison and she had seen him. He is shocked but still say she did it and trying to blame him. He says she is forgiven this time but anymore.
Anandi is crying over the ashes in her room praying Kanhaji could have stopped her from doing paap and why he didn't. Gehna hears this and is ready to go to massa on this, but Anandi stops her saying dadisa will be offended and will think that Anandi herself sent Gehna to her. Gehna feels bad fro Anandi.
Jagya comes to kitchen where Anandi is doing some work. He ask her to come and study otherwise bapusa wil ask her. She says she will come later and will study in the night. Stills on anandi's crying face.
