Do u know the purpose behind a Burkha or a Ghungat? Do u know why women were and are in some parts of the world forbidden from leaving their homes/interacting with males? It's 2 prevent them frm 'falling' for a male or vice versa. So should a woman be supressed and denied her individuality, her dreams just because she
'may' fall in love with some1. Any one of us 'can' fall in love with some classmate or teacher. After all we interact with them almost on a daily basis.
Does that mean our fathers should lock us up and deny us any male interactions? If I make Halwa for a female friend then why not a male?
As 4 Gehna and Niranjan staring? Once my friend had an eppileptic attack in class. Iwas so shocked I couln't say a word. I just ran 2 the staff room and grabbed a teacher's hand. And she was shocked at my hand grabbing that she just stared at me. And we stood there for a wthile just staring. Does that mean I was fallinh in love with my teacher? No!
Umay argue that in the rural parts girls and boys don't interact blah blah blah so Ma Sa is right. But isn't the purpose of all education to teach us that such backward societies are wrong and should be changed?. Such societies which seek 2 opress women r WRONG! And instead of suppoerting them we should be speaking against them.
Terrorism, pollution, high crime rates, rape, etc can't be tackled unleass we simultaniously eradicate illiteracy, poverty, discrimination based on sex/race, population contol. And neither of them can be eradiacted individuallu because each leads 2 the other.
