I deff hope Jagdish isn't killed off, he's a wonderful character and it would be very interesting to see the relationship develop between Anandi and Jagdish as they grow up into adults. I hope the creatives relise the potential of that track and dont kill off Jagdish.
There are certain points which lead me to believe that Jagdish's death may be on the cards. Anandi's views on widows, how unfair it is and her kindness to a bal widhwa are perhaps indications that it may be her fate one day. Widhwa re-marriage is still a taboo subject in some societies and there is also a potential to develop a good story if they take this track.
