Need of the hour..............

A superbly scripted, casted & wonderfully presented story called BAIRI PIYA was pulled off-air abruptly & incompletely, stating reasons most unjustifiable; but only showed the narrow mindedness and emotionless nature of the Production House & moreover, the Channel on which it had been airing, without any consideration whatsoever for its viewers feelings or "jazbaat ke rang", as it has been tag-lined.

The viewers, lovers & fans of this show were put through extreme disappointment, despair & also many, at the verge of nervous breakdown when the announcement of the show being off-aired struck their ears. Yet nevertheless, the heartless heads of the channel did indeed pull off-air the show, which had struck a million harp chords in the minds & lives of the viewers, who adored the show because of its very different, bold and something-to-look-forward-to-always storyline and also, the lead pair played by such talented actors as Sharad Kelkar & Supriya Kumari.

Still bent upon getting their favorite show back on-screen once again through a Bairi Piya Sequel or even a Season-2 of the show, and that too, without any compromise being made on the male leads Sharad-Supriya, who have rung a thousand bells in the hearts of their fans with their awesome chemistry, fans of Bairi Piya have now engaged themselves in various attempts to get their show back, by contacting Ekta & Balaji TeleFilms through fervent emails, Facebook Profile Messages & Wall postings, articles on leading Television-related websites, contacting media, channels, making telephone calls to Balaji & leading television channels offices, petitioning, Discussions on Facebook pages etc. And they have all decided that they will not rest till they have achieved their goal of getting their show back, either by way of a Sequel to the show, or by a Season-2 with a different but similar storyline and with the same lead pair, only.

So it is their earnest request to Ekta Kapoor, Balaji Telefims and the various channels to help them out in their endeavor, by accepting their pleas & demands and making millions of fans around the world happy, through their decision. By this, they will be giving them back the breath of their lives and also their favorite Thakur Digvijay-Amoli jodi. They will also benefit immensely as once the show returns, they will get much more viewer-ship not only amongst their Indian audiences, but also from around the globe as it was before too. It is also an earnest request to them to make it As Soon As Possible, while the minds of viewers are still fresh from watching Bairi Piya.
