As for the villagers they may no longer fear him but i do think they respect him. Every one in the village knows of thakurs change. they have seen it with there own eyes. so maybe not fear but im hoping some sort of respect for there malik will show... -- not very confident but hope😕
Now coming to dv - yesterday the scene with dhani - his anger at puneet if amoli hadnt walked in puneet would have got the chample big time! (rubbish timing by the bhashan rani)
i think thakur still hides within this softy and most of all his expression right at the end of the episode. the screen freeze--- that was sher!!

hmmm you hav a point villagers might be respectful towards Mr softy (loved the name BTW....😆reminds me of ice cream) but then as i see it...if they think that he has become santh mahatma.....he will let justice happen as they see it..and not allow him to get in panchayat's way.....so this thought came in my mind about that....dunno

about his being turning back to his Aggressive Devil self with Puny and Dhanni....i dont think it was the old Devil....it was just his anger...which lacked conviction and that air of priviledged right that he assumed that he had to do with people as he pleases.....i personally think that if he was his old self....he would have thrashed Puny and sent him to a hospital and Dhanni wouldnt just get a slap....he would have gotten worst kinda torcher....afterall DV is th malik he has all the power and money to do whatever he pleased but he didnt.....thats no sher...still Bheegi billi....about the Devil residing within in Mr. softy o yea i agree with ya about that....he is definetly still in there somewhere but Bheegi Billi is supressing it.

to be honest i was thinking the same in the bk of my mind (glad you liked the name / im thinking of icecream too!!!😛) The fact is that devil is no longer devil he is good.! so the only way i see him going back to his devilish self is to either regret his soft side...not his love for amoli but just being to soft. letting people take advantage of his good nature. e.g pueet. The way i see him turning back is just that. regret of his change - not say turn back as dark as he was but be the devil for the ones who deserve it. At the Minuit hes totally lost his devil ways..
