Hello people..i am new to the forum... and quite new to this soap as well... so watching the old episodes..

i had read in one of the threads somewhere that the DV had said about U (his first wife) that she knows all the secrets about the haveli... well since i am watching all the old episodes..i just saw the episode in which he said it and if anyone is interested it is the January 18, 2010 episode.. he says that she knows all the secrets about the haveli and the one secret about him that he has been trying to hide...

and the reason i have posted this in this thread coz it seems as the typical thing that a writer would wanna revive at this stage...

it was an innocuous enough statement for people not to have remembered and it was not such an old episode (just about seven months old) so that it would be fresh in some minds.. and it would be the perfect opportunity to bring it back...

the spice would be to figure out what is that one secret that he is trying to keep hidden and how would it make / break the two apart...

oh and plz someone watch this Jan 18 episode would love to discuss... coz even if they dont use that "one secret" story line.. that is the typical ammo/stuff that writers would keep in their arsenal to use in the future as and when needed...

oh and also i have to say that Amoli's feelings for Radhe are...just...well..for want of a better word...so ridiculous...!!!

Why? It was the same emotion called love that she felt for Radhe, even though he was a coward when it came to DV,he still came around and did all he could, for Amoli.A 3rd person cannot measure the intensity of emotions that they felt for each other.Whatever DV does, truth remains that he did kill Amoli's husband.Even though he changed later,he still killed radhe and Amoli's happiness. There are certain things you cannot repent for, this is one crime like that.If Amoli falls for DV later, then her character becomes superficial.I can understand if she wants to remove any hatred that she feels for him,but for her to fall in love with him is just against her character. One cannot forget that if DV could dump Urmila for Amoli,he can dump Amoli too for Amoli#2.For me,what Amoli feels for DV is ridiculous and absurd.

Sorry for the post.I agree that amoli-sk is an eye candy couple, but life is beyond just chemistry.Just my opinion about the show, these things happen only in BT shows.Too bold than they should be.

- Radhe in many ways is Amoli's junoon as much as Amoli is DV's junoon. There is no "rational" reasons y she should love a moron like Radhe and similarly y Thakur should have fallen for Amoli... for both of them the more others said that they should not "love" the more they loved🤔
-Also, Thakur's love in the beginning was not all that "pure"... if Amoli would have given in then he would not have valued her😉 What turned his "hawas" into "junoon" into "pure love" was her strength of character - her willpower to thwarth him at every turn even when he held all the cards... the thing that defeat him, is the very thing about her that he has fallen in love with.
-Amoli, on the other hand, being a strong individual loved Radhe's weakness n simplicity. In reality we often fall for another's weakness not strength.
- Ironically, though Thakur fell for Amoli's strength... all other women were too weak too handle him n his larger then life personality. His wife had a false image of him, his mother is too weak to control her wild horse of a son, and all other women eventually bent to his power or money (be it komodi ya shobna)
-Now that he has become an insaan from "insane", Amoli, in keeping with her character, is falling for Thakur's "goodness" and weakness... before he tried to win her with might and failed miserably, but what he could not achieve with strength he may just attain with his now helpless love🤓 (i.e. Amoli gets protective of Thakur when he humbles himself before Dipesh n Co. for Chandana's sake, and wen he is helpless in jail because of her) She, also, now appreciates that while he has done many unforgivable things like killing her husband, he is not all bad and does genuinely love her. Before she associated Thakur's obssession with just Chahaat😊

awright.. the reason why i said why Amoli's love for Radhe is ridiculous...

for beginners.. that whole scene when they are getting married and she gives that long sermon on marriage and vows etc.. while the groom is standing there like an idiot... that was the corner stone of their relationship.. Amoli in love with the idea of what marriage is all about and how above board it is.. while the man she is getting married to is a blind, deaf and dumb statue.. in fact that was the perfect picturization what their relationship was.

the lecture her mum gave her right before she got married convinced her that she would love the man she married and would honor him.. it didnt matter that it was Radhe.. if hottie had gotten her married to Dhani... she would have made an effort to love him as well...! coz she was so on a high horse about the sanctity of marriage! when she thought it failed she couldnt live with it and tried to kill herself..!

another reason why i find her love for him ridiculous is coz of her expectations from a relationship and a person that she knew nothing of.. and specially once she found out that the man she had married had married her on instructions of her villanious beloved.

i could go on and on..

I kinda agree with you - she was "in love" with the idea of "marriage" more then "radhe"...though she came to appreciate him and his simplicity. Y? Simply becoz Thakur egged her on and abused/misused radhe. That's y I think "radhe" was her rebellion/junoon/obssession/ideal to combat Thakur. Radhe for her was the complete opposite of Thakhur and that was his main attraction. Also, loads of indian women r "in love" with the idea of marriage - its presented as a "holy grail" of sorts in our culture and Amoli bought into that hook, line, and sinker.
Thakur was not the better man, but the Man😈 The Man challenging her dreams, her purity, her ideals - whereas radhe was "safe" - he had zippo interest in her that way🤣🤣 So, for her Thakur was the Boggie Man and Radhe the safe dude😆😆 Her safety blanket, her emotional sheild against someone that challenged her on every level. Seriously think about it - Thakur's gotta be "SCARY" for a girl that young n inexperienced esp with his reputation... he's wat every mother warns a young girl against. Thi "intrinsic" fear of him that develops into "nafrat" as he tries harder and harder to win her by foul means... Because she at her core is a strong individual, her fear of "Thakur" and wat he represents to her (death of her ideals) empowers her to fight him.
It is only slowly as the story has progressed that Amoli has lost her fear of Thakur and today feels on par with him on a emotional/physical level. There still of course remains her guilt barrier - Radhe - whom she thinks she is betraying if she allows her self to love DV.
I think with the "Ranveer" ruse, DV got "rid" of a lot of her physical fear of him and now that she has "forgiven" him, she is no longer "psychologically" scared of him either... paving the way hopefully for some greater level of "intimacy" btwn them. For one thing she isn't running or jumping everytime he touches her😃

i agree with u about Amoli's love for radhey was.....for lack of a better word naive......of course she was in love with the idea of marriage........heck i think in her mind she married the idea of marriage instead to that sweet simple radhe.......whos sweetness was puke inducing by the way....i personally think that she thinks that she loves him because of societal mores first of all.....SAMAJ and all that crap......society expects us....that is indian/subcontinental women to love and respect their husbands no matter how ridiculuosly uncompatible they are for us.......or rather how unworthy they are of our love.......they just expect the woman to blindly fall in love after marriage and follow that love till the last breath......may be not in the cities that much anymore......but specially rural areas......or middle class which i belong to.......i have seen such unhappy marriage in my v short life......i have seen women living with bizzare ideas about their husbands.....that he is their god or something.....which is just unreal and unfair.....i guess that would be her first reason to fall in love with radhey........or rather fancy herself in love with him......shes abiding by that marriage....and the rules attached with it......
a possible explaination that derived from watching the show......about her feelings for Radhey was not because of who radhey was......i think he was a stepping stone for her......to build up her courage to stand up to thakur.......throughout their marriage he was so detached....he was actually in love with his malik....which goes with his loyal and simple nature....he could have done anything for malik and he did.......her love as i see it stemmed from how because radhey's presences in her life made her bold enough to fight thakur despite her families majboori......that hosla, that courage is something she values v much from relationship with radhey.....and i thik that is why she is so sentimental about that relationship.
i also agree with anjana toronto's idea that she couldnt handle DV love and passion/obsession whatever u know call it......its true........that is anothr constraint that she put on herself.....how could she a simple rural girl starts having feelings for a married man....a married older man....who is way above her in classs status as well.....talking about constraints.....i think she also has a character flaw.......shes as MAHAAN as they come....but this is her flaw......she doesnt wish to admit teh truth that DV might actually love her....she can only concentrate on how much trouble she went through to defy him........which was ALOT of trouble of course....... but now its just becomes a cost issue for her.....she has invested soo much of her energy defying him.....lost so much due to it....she cant make that all seem worthless by giving in........so that could be another reason whats stopping her from accepting her feelings for the Devil.....whether they be love or hate.......she has passionate feelings for him.......since she has met him her every single thought and move has something or other to do with him.....so one way or another she is attached to him.
hmmm about that big raaz.....there is a possiblity of Urmila coming back......coz the next day of DV amoli wedding tehy showed her in a convo with the Dissociative Identity Disorder maata jii....... just saw the epi few days ago as well......i dunno what it could be....first i thought he murdered somebody she knows......but then he murdered Radhey khulley amm so that cant be it......may be he murdered his older brother.....Chandu(chandana) and Puny little thing's(puneet) father....i dunno.....its Ekta mata's world kuch bhi hosakta hai😕
