*waves excitedly, Rajni-style*BAUJI BAUJI BAUJI😆😆HIII🤗🤗Was off the forum for a while for exams - but now I'm happily back into full Shajni modeToo much chaos, WAY too much chaos today!I kind of liked Amrish and Dhyaan's scenes because at least Dhyaan started off trying to resolve the issue...But that ultimately went for a toss because both father and son are very volatile. Hopeless. I think the volatility runs in the family, haha. I mean, look at Shaan who is always pareshaan! 😆
It's undeniable!! And it's so funny because generally Dhyaan and Amrish are such peace-loving souls who usually agree with their wives - now their Punjabi sher has come out in full force!🤪🤪 I think it's quite sad because they're both quite sad about the situation - Amrish is upset with Dhyaan's decision while Dhyaan regrets his actions. But they will not bow down to the situation at all! 😆😆@bold: I love that they've kept up with Pareshaan! I think it was quite significant when he told Rajni yesterday that he went from being so unsociable to being so emotional while with her. As if Rajni's antics aren't enough to keep him on his toes😆Bonus: Life OK has english subtitles where I am from, and it's hilarious whenever the line reads "Don't be sad, Troubled Man"😆😆I love Pareshaan so much, and I feel kind of bad about it, LOL. Karan does such a fabulous job with Shaan's rambles that I can't help but laugh! Serious kudos to the dialogue writer who comes up with all of this stuff! The amount of stress that Shaan has to deal with, though...I feel really bad for him. He was trying to help get rid of this chaos by making Rajni in the first place...But irony kicked in and he and Rajni have caused even more of a mess! How are they ever going to get out of this, I wonder...?Can I just say - it's all his fault! What kind of a gadha would ever think marrying a robot could solve any problems??🤣🤣 For a logical scientist - Shaan sure is an idiot😆 I think the most obvious way is to keep tweaking Rajni's response and adaptability systems so that she begins to understand human behaviour and act like one. Sadly, that would mean tuning down her logic feature and possibly installing feature to lie etc...I'm not sure if you watch it, but in the american TV show The Big Bang Theory, one of the main lead characters is sort of a sociopath who initially began not understanding many human nuances like sarcasm etc. But over the seasons, he has grown to understand and even use certain phrases and such contextually. Probably Rajni will also have to go along in a similar manner to be more "human" so to speak. The other choice for Shaan is just to admit to everyone - but we know that won't happen soon😆😆Also worth mentioning...Shaan's conversation with Rajni at the end of the episode. I've said it before, but I really love the way the Shaan-Rajni scenes in particular are crafted so that they switch from humorous to serious in a matter of seconds. The smallest of moments, the most simple words of reassurance - and they stole my heart again!
It was absolutely the best - probably one of the best Shajni scenes in the show. Shaan knows fully well that she's a robot who cannot feel, yet he gently explained to her that bauji isn't mad at her, told her she is his favourite and gave her a hug.🤗🤗 For a guy who spends all his time praising himself, he sure has a certain soft spot for her.😳😳What I'm curious to see is how their relationship develops. There's no doubt he would become more of her friend in the future, but how about afterwards? There could be a few options:1) Shaan teaches Rajni to be more human and actually feel emotions - they fall in love😳2) Shaan and Rajni remain friends forever and she becomes his top-notch assistant😛😛3) He somehow manages to turn her into a human being...?😲4) Shaan falls in love with someone else 🤢🤢🤢There are many complications with option 1. I think whether they fall in love or not - I really want to see Shaan having a crush on her and she being completely oblivious to her charms😆😆
BAUJI BAUJI BAUJI😆😆
HIII🤗🤗Was off the forum for a while for exams - but now I'm happily back into full Shajni modeHi, hi, hi, hi, hi! LOL!Hope the exams went well! 😊 I was wondering if Surili and Co.'s nautanki had driven you away for good... 😳 I probably would've high-tailed it out of here if it weren't for Karan and Ridhima and the brilliance with which they play their written characters! 😆

Thankfully, they have both shown that they have the potential to be strong and stubborn to the point of being bull-headed! Ah, well. Better than letting their wives bully them, so thank god for that! And yes, it is really very sad that things had to come down to this for Dhyaan to grow up a little. His way of dealing with the money issue was decidedly NOT the right way to go (and Rajni warned him about it, too!) and it would've been better if he'd just told everyone that Sharmila felt stifled in that house...Rajkumari jo hai...*scoffs* But he didn't. So...basically, it sucks. I don't know who to be more disappointed at. But Sharmila gets on my nerves in a way that even Maggie didn't during the Balwant days, so...Ek se badhkar ek, these women... ☢️@Pareshaan: "Don't be sad...Troubled Man" 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣Oh my GOD, this is GOLD! 🤣 🤣 🤣 I can't even type properly now, I'm laughing so hard! Seriously?! God bless the subtitle guys for this! Genius! I'm never going to get over this! Can I just say - it's all his fault! Whoops. Haha! So there's Shaan's main place for growth! I don't think the makers plan to teach Rajni to lie - and I'd actually prefer if they kept it like this, because she's pretty good at evading topics and keeping quiet about things while letting others find out in different ways. I've never seen The Big Bang Theory, but it's been mentioned here before, I remember. I think Rajni will be able to observe and learn and become more and more human-like as time progresses because she's an exceptionally fast learner...We've already seen her express emotions like regret...and she even pouts adorably in various situations when she's not happy with Shaan, so to speak! I'm eager to see how things will continue to shape up.

I loved this scene so much! And so much word to all of the above! He has a soft spot for her...more than that. And I have a feeling in the future, it's going to throw him off-balance even more when he realizes how deep his feelings run...What I'm curious to see is how their relationship develops. There's no doubt he would become more of her friend in the future, but how about afterwards? I think whether they fall in love or not - I really want to see Shaan having a crush on her and she being completely oblivious to her charms😆😆This is the golden question! We've got a sci-fi dramedy - Great!Quirky characters - Awesome!Attempting to satirize the ridiculousness of saas-bahu soaps - Kudos for the courage to do this!Lovable lead characters and actors with effortless chemistry - Thank you for casting them!Female lead is not human but the male lead is - Umm...how is this going to end...? Please, please let them be happy...together!LOL, I'd love to see Rajni being more of a nakhrewaali because Ridhima was fabulous in that "I'm very disappointed, Shaan" scene! But on the other hand...I'm remembering how she totally got into being seductive on their suhaag raat...So god knows what could happen...
Insyallah they've gone good - I'll only find out end of the month😊😊 Shaan Rajni and Amrish are just too adorable/funny/great to be thrown off by Surili's antics~ Bonus was to miss out on dono maa-beti, although I wish Dev came back! In any case, every episode gives me genuine laughs and however much I speak of Karan and Ridhima's chemistry is just not enough.
On a side note, I absolutely LOVE the way they interact so comfortably. I probably have mentioned it somewhere in my other posts that I'm blown by how Shaan, such an unfeeling, rather rude, egoistical maniac - treats Rajni with such gentleness in so many situations. First of all, their hugs and especially the side hug when he puts an arm around her and rests his head on hers.In a day and age where other serials still insist on the hand-brush being the pinnacle of romance, something as unremarkable as a hug can be so caring in the right context. The best part was of course when he held her face - Shaan, please continue doing this in the future!!
I'm back again with another long reply ahead! 😆 I feel the same way about the positives outweighing the negatives as far as character dynamics are concerned! I look forward to scenes that have any combination of Shaan/Rajni/Dev/Amrish 👍🏼 They are guaranteed to make me laugh and melt my heart, often both! And that's always a good thing in my book.Okay, I'm going to gush about Shaan-Rajni some more now! Truly, no matter how much we talk about the nuances Karan-Ridhima have brought to their roles and the incredible chemistry they share, it just won't be enough! They're SO good together!@bold: WORD! Granted, I don't think Shaan intends to be unfeeling/rude with conscious intent to hurt people's feelings...But yeah, he does tend to brush off things that he views as inconsequential/irrelevant, and that does end up stinging people who are close to him - most often Dev, who is the best friend anyone could hope to have. I'd love to know more about their friendship and how they started working on Rajni's programs together. Sorry, I digress. I've always rolled my eyes at scenarios where "much-in-love" couples have endlessly drawn-out "romantic moments" with the girl either looking panicked or frozen and close to passing out simply because the guy is nearby or has touched her hand or something. If they're that uncomfortable being around each other all the time, I seriously question the classification of that relationship as "love." Anyway, with such romance being something of a standard scenario in recent years, I'm so very glad I've been able to find a few shows that don't go down that route. This one is the most unique in that respect.I LOVE how tactile Shaan and Rajni are! It's so wonderful to see a relationship where physical contact is not an issue at all (a few notable exceptions apply to Shaan only right now), due mostly to the fact that Shaan created Rajni and she's not able to experience the feelings that come from intimate contact...The foundation of their relationship is certainly unconventional, but I do consider it to be a strong friendship of sorts - there is a lot of genuine warmth and care in the way Shaan touches Rajni, as you've said so perfectly! Shaan doesn't think twice before reaching out to Rajni. His hugs are impulsive, and I adore the way he simply takes her face in his hands or pokes at her cheeks affectionately! It's all so natural! I also love how the height difference between Karan and Ridhima makes all of this even more endearing!Yeh EQ-less banda...kya karein?😕😕 Was he expecting her to be some sort of doormat, like the actual adarsh bahus on TV? I think he was so scared off by seeing his bhabis that he thought this idea was a mahan idea😆😆I'm quite impressed by how she has picked up on several social cues already! For the most part she seems to be able to show regret, at least to Shaan. Undoubtedly that is the reason why he has been treating her quite nicely recently (like when she was trying not to look at him and then at the fountain). She definitely has a long way to go, such as realising when to express other things like shock and disgust - but I'm so glad she hasn't tried to cry since the suhaag raat scene - it was horrible!😆😆The best part is when something is happening, these two turn to each other and pout to one another...The tiny things often make the biggest impressions😉😉
Maybe not a doormat per se...maybe he was expecting her to be like an emotion-free helper around the house. But then the Adarsh Bahu Program had to kick in and complicate matters even more. Oh, anyone would be terrified seeing how useless the rest of that family is when it comes to household maintenance! 😆 In comparison to Shaan's bhabhis, Rajni is a godsend!Yep, I agree. Rajni's remorseful expressions have caused Shaan to pause and realize the impact of his words whenever he blurts out something in frustration...Slowly but surely, she is helping him become more aware of his own emotions as well as those of others who matter to him. They're both works in progress, in a sense. Very neat. Oh my gosh, I'm glad she hasn't cried since then, too! LOL, that wailing was hilarious but my ears rang for a while after that!@bold: Gah, I love the way they exchange glances and make faces at one another! They're constantly interacting! SO precious, these two!I'm very sure he will come to care for her a lot more. An interesting scene would be one where Rajni is threatened, eg. from gundas or something else, and Shaan comes in to save her even though she is perfectly capable (and probably better than him) at doing that. Or when he valiantly speaks up for her rights even though she is non-living (still waiting for that Shaan😡)
We've already had a tiny preview of that, with Shaan thoughtlessly jumping through the window to get to Rajni's side during the Charlie fiasco. It would be great to see more scenarios where his protectiveness (and possessiveness) comes to the fore in various ways. Hopefully subtle and fun ways!As Shaan had mentioned on the SR itself - whatever she was doing, was working on him😉😉It's hilarious that this gadha, in the process of building her, did not realise how hot he was making her?? Accha, how exactly did he decide to build her this way? Shaan babu, you are not as innocent as you try to portray...😃😃Shaan's autonomic nervous system betrays him every so often 😆 He tries valiantly to fight it...I have to commend him for that. He made Rajni into such a beautiful woman...Such self-control he has! I am very, very glad that the writers explicitly had Shaan say that he didn't make Rajni with "pyaar, ishq, mohabbat" and "ideal woman" motives in mind at all - often in sci-fi, that is the way romance is developed from the get-go. That aspect of Shaan's mindset is what makes his growing feelings for Rajni all the more fascinating to me! But yes, that question has also crossed my mind more than a few times...I guess it's always easier to shape an inanimate thing...but I'm quite curious to see how long he'll be able to stay in his perceived "strictly platonic" mode. He may be a scientist with a special knack for engineering and he may be a workaholic...But he IS human...and he's not impervious to intimacy, that's for sure! Her disappointment in her pati is amazing - mostly because I think even a normal woman would be just as annoyed by him! I think the biggest change will come when Shaan begins to treat her like a human and his actual wife instead of just his robot.I loved this so much, haha! I was like, "Very bad, Pareshaan! You deserve this - Rajni's letting you off easy!" But the fact that she actually played along, turned the tables on him, expressed her disapproval, and then took it as a positive note that he was flirting with HER...So much going on there, and it was fantastic!Wife se yaad aaya - the mangal sutra scene from last week. Absolutely hilarious, especially when his friends realised he was roaming around wearing it!Btw, where did the mangal sutra go?? Is she still wearing it or did they come to a truce to not have to wear it anymore🤣🤣Oh man, that was comedy gold! Shaan is no match for Rajni's agility! 😆 Maybe they came to a mutual agreement not to wear the pyaar ki nishaani...😆 And THAT reminds me...the love bites thing was amazing...I love how they sneak in these sorts of things!
