Nah, a 20-yr leap would make them around 60-65, and more significantly, mean they're no longer the focus of the show. Ram and Sakshi got away with it a decade ago, but I don't think it'd be worth the risk for NM and particularly DP.

Biggest problem is that it writers have forgotten that stories can be written without making the falling in love and consummation aspects such a hurdle course that once that's done, it's like there's nothing else left, so reboots through separation and memory loss. They don't write anything, just follow a formula. The formula comes from where, we all know.

Please, don't have expectations. It just gets us mad when the initial promise goes to hell.

Yeah, I liked Neeraj. He was a creep, but an honest creep. And he could be funny when he wasn't being offensive. I remember laughing at his outburst during Holi. He was so indignant, it was comical.

Heard the news of BALH S3 and had to come here (for nostalgia sakes!) and it feels like returning home ❤️

I stopped watching somewhere around the memory loss track and eventually detached completely. I returned to watch a couple of post leap episodes and clips just out of curiosity and suffice to say I was not impressed at all - Pihu, Angad being the exceptions.

I've very mixed feelings about news of S3 - even though it brings NM & DP back again, it's still Maiyya's show . Having seen and experienced how she completely destroyed the show that we all loved, I don't think I'll plunge into S3 so soon 😆. I'm gonna let the honeymoon period (atleast 100 episodes if not more 🤪) end and keep popping by here before I decide to watch it again. Incidentally I started watching S2 also only around the 30th episode and it was a return to ITV after a hiatus of 10 odd years...on hindsight, should've waited longer! 😆

So how many of my old BALH2 buddies are gonna sign up for watching S3?

Hi, Dazzling, it's good to see you. Though we haven't interacted much, seeing you feels like meeting a fellow countrymanwoman abroad.

I have roughly the same reaction to the return of DP and, probably, NM. Didn't want them in another BT show. Unfortunately, pretty much all itv has been infected by the death of creativity, so I'm not sure it'd make a difference if they were to do anyone else's show too. When Harshad returned after Bepanaah in YRKKH, I actually tried watching, but it was unbearable, and worse, he wasn't at all appealing. Now yesterday I caught an ad of the show which had HC much more the actor I liked, but the show is such crap, no way I'd waste any time on it.

I'm inclined to not watch, just catch up via ig clips.

Even Nandhini was an amazing villain character...She was a master in emotional manipulation at the end day of Raya ..But now that Sid is nothing more than a clown...And his son also ..But Sid is not getting ss like Josh ...And avni don't know what she wants...Her parents forced her to this marriage...And she want revenge from Kapoor's is so illogical...Sid and Avni is match made in hell...Lk Bach gayi...

Vedika wants money and power ..and luxuries of becoming Mrs Kapoor...But What Avni exactly wants???...

Maybe Avni is somewhere a mixup of sadsti c Neeraj and Vedika who does not want their ex to be happy...

Avni's characterization is weak and not clear.because she was shown to be a submissive sad wife.she is the one who asked lakhan to love monica and move on.after that only lakhan made his first attempt to love monica.but post leap suddenly avni changed which is unrealistic.now she is a typical boy's mother who wants her fo son to get all attention and money from his fiancee's family.
