What started as a casual dinner time show became an addiction soon. I never intended to watch an ITV show and nor do I in future. But I don`t know what pulled me into this. My sister and my mother started watching this during dinner and therefore we had to watch it. It started with me comparing BALH1 and BALH2 and basically saying the latter can`t pull it off.

But very soon I realized the chemistry of the leads is fantastic, beautiful, charismatic and serene (and whatever adjectives you can think of) and that is what pulled me into this show.

I realized that Disha and Nakul`s chemistry was something which was never seen on Indian television and I can very confidently say that this type of chemistry isn`t even found in Bollywood films now a days.

At least I haven`t seen such a mesmerizing chemistry even in Bollywood in a very very long time. The leads had the power to pull a non-romantic, hard core analytical guy like me who spends most of his day making forecasts, estimates, strategy and numbers into them. I never realized when these 20 minutes became an addiction and I made it a point to watch it every day. Even if my meeting ended 12 AM or 1 AM at night, I thought lets watch it for these 2 and it is worth it - Its just 20 minutes.

When Ram`s goofiness and Priya`s innocence and khadoospan met, it created magic on our TV screens every weeknight. When Nakul`s flamboyance and Disha`s serenity/calmness met, it created happiness on screens. TRPs might not have said it, Awards might not have recognized it but these 2 are surely the best actors in the tv industry. Period !

They both pulled it off superbly. Hats off to the them and Cheers !

8 PM will never be the same for me !! I will miss these two. I will now not wait for any sneak peaks, any segments. All that excitement is gone !!

So my request to anyone on this forum who has the power to reach out to CVs, please reach out to them and request them not ruin this show just for these 2 fantastic actors.

Brother, you very correctly noticed, their talent and chemistry do not have something comparable, similar. They are special. I saw many stories, not one of them and no game was like these two. And this is all, believe me.

But its of no use right ! Its a shame it wasn`t utilized and is seeing a sad end. Its sad that such a powerful couldn`t live up to its potential because of bad writing and some sadists who don`t believe in the institution of marriage.

I am feeling something very beautiful is coming to an end. Have only felt worse than this (other than in my personal life) when Sachin Tendulkar retired.

Why this addiction yaar ? I never intended to watch it !

Do you still think there is hope in the story line ?

I watched PKDH when it was on air and though I found them cute as Adi Pankhudi, I did not fall head over heels in love with them. The show was a breezy watch with two newbies on the screen. They were cute, they sure had a good chemistry but I didn't feel that pull. Then almost after a decade I saw them back again on TV. The promos were eye catchy and their chemistry was unlike what I had seen in PKDH. Yet I was skeptical to give it a shot coz all the shows on ITV off late disappoint. Infact I don't even watch TV anymore and even on streaming platforms, I just watch precap of few shows. Not interested to watch the entire episode. But then I end up catching up on few RaYa scenes from Youtube and I felt compelled to give it a try. In a matter of hours I was hooked. I never imagined NM and DP would become my fav pair coz having seen their previous show, I had a fair idea what I could expect. But boy they blew me away. I fell in love with them despite not having watched all episodes. And then most importantly this forum. I know its been few weeks but I feel compelled to frequent this place often. Everyone is so sweet, no negativity other than bashing the CVs for all the right reasons. I will watch it till I can and quit like my other shows. But for once I dared to hope there can be a show that is different from other shows and decided to give it a go. Its hardly been two months and I am contemplating quitting it 😭

so true, have not seen a ITV show in so long...but DP and NM chemistry got me hooked. I decided to watch this show because I happened to see the promos and they were so well done. and of course I had seen BALH 1 in bits and pieces so I thought let me watch this for a bit.

But these two had such amazing chemistry that I got hooked even before realizing. Ram's goofiness and the sensible, stubborn yet softie at heart Priya made such a perfect match. I didn't even know who Nakuul and Disha were before this show but they made me fall in love with Ram and Priya. I came to posting on IF after years because of this show. I wish they had not ruined it. Not sure why every Indian tv show has to take a leap with a kid. Can't they think of anything else :(.

Very well written! You just spoke of my mind! Their chemistry is really one of the best! They are the reason when I actually started reading Fan Fictions, which I never used to before. How do I move on from this? Why couldn’t they have a better PH! Better writers! I am sooooo disappointed 🥺

I agree, with proper storyline, they could have made it 100 times better, I love their jodi so much.... because the CVs instead on focusing on them, they put everything else above, sad....

Bold - so now does that mean... u wouldn't rant on the show?😭 , I love commenting on your post, it's fun😆

Anyways.... I'll keep hope, I may not watch it at all times, but, There is still a sliver of hope left in me, till then I keep myself updated
