They ALWAYS drop the promos related to the episode similar to what exactly is going to happen. Since this is MS reveal, they dropped the promo to hook the audience thinking Ram will be mad after this.

This is definitely going to come after the consummation. This is what we predicted earlier. How Ram will change to Pri and vice-versa. Hyper mat ho tum sab.
