I agree. MS shouldn't have been outrightly negative. How does a parent go from disliking his daughter to actively planning her kidnapping/murder? Why? Is he a psychopath?

Preferring a son over a daughter is one thing and trying to actively harm your daughter is another thing altogether.

They could've shown a few scenes where he's a little remorseful but is carrying out his tasks anyway, or is questioning Shashi's motives for continuously giving him outrageous tasks (since MS is supposed to be just a henchman, not The mastermind)

But he's getting more and more despicable with every episode with no insight to his psyche.

Exactly, reasons toh makers hi jaane , I clearly remember he said he did not know there was a person inside the car on that accident day of VK..

He also didn't quiet like the prawn drama his wife did..

Even when he tried breaking Priya Ram's marriage by calling the bank people on Shashi's behest he was worried and asked Shashi if he would help him find another suitor for Priya ..

Literally from that to running over a vehicle on your own daughter and kidnapping her , he keeps stooping low with every passing day, disgusting...

Everything changes in the story according to the convenience of writers.. Huh !!
