But one thing that we should remember is that, when Priya indirectly asked ram about No-love condition, he stayed silent. That could lead to her coming to a conclusion that Ram still wants to be with vedika but doesn't want to break his promise to Meera that he will never leave priya.

Maybe priya won't connect their marriage to akkina's but she will connect it to Meera's promise that Ram gave in front of the media before the first IV.

And she knows that Ram won't go back on his words even if it kills him inside everyday. She has seen it with her own eyes how he stays silent everytime his family says or does something that hurts him deeply but he still never complains.

And for priya, she is that responsibility he took, for his family. If he decides to back out from the marriage it will selfish of him and it could have dire consequences on his family reputation and business, and shubham is just starting. When first time the news got out that Ram had a forceful contract marriage, shubham's business shut down before even starting. So priya knows that Ram will never himself leave priya even if he wants to bcz he loves his family too much.

So there is a very slight possibility of Priya doing it herself, but before she leaves ram she will try to get MS arrested and to keep everything under wraps she will not let anyone know that she has decided to leave him for him. She has started care about as you mentioned, she knows she feels for him but she has given her feelings a name "FRIENDSHIP". And as a friend she will try to get ram his happiness. She has seen how he suffers in silence so that his loved ones can be happy. And that conversation before Diwali when he was under the influence, she will remember that how he feels lonely even after having so many people, how he thinks Everyone just feel sympathy for him not love.

And if Priya thinks that vedika is the only love ram wants to be happy she will gladly give him that. As a friend she will want him to be happy. She has long ago accepted that she might never find love in this life but if Ram has found it and it is attainable she won't stand in between.
