I think it's a symbolic to there first marriage.

Jese pehli shadi ke bad vedika gayab ho gyi thy until Diwali track vese hi after second marriage she will go for sometime but will be back in few weeks.

See what I think this is... It's a plan by nandini and vedika I think. That promo where vedika is asking ram for second chance it's all this drama. She will be leaving and telling ram that this is her second chance at happiness now she will live only for herself and he should too try harder with Priya to give him a fake sense of security.

Now vedika is outside the house this will alert priya more. She can think that bcz priya got suspicious that's why Ram got vedika outside so that they can keep all this under wraps. Priya will get more insecure but she will try to act like before still giving ram benefit of the doubt.

Ram will not understand that vedika is the reason bcz she is no longer in the KM. And then will start step 2 of Nandini's plan. Now vedika will leave texts on Ram's phone and maybe even leave all kind of clues by help of Nandini from outside to get priya doubt on ram.

The more ram will try to woe priya the more she will chalk all this up as guilt. Exactly what was written in the card with lillies. That husband's get extra caring when they hiding a truth.

I tried watching NKYBF for nakuul but could not continue! Its no good! 😪😪 I like him with Disha, they matched nicely, they act nicely together. Disha is very underrated as an actress! She deserves more recognition and popularity!
