"No! " It's a sentence in a word. 'No' was the word that kept Priya strong. It was the sentence that thought Priya to not give in to demands, be it from Neeraj or the society's desire of fitting it a mold of what a girl should be. She understood its weight and gravity, and that's why she never backed out from saying "No!"

But Ram taught her to say yes. He taught her to be a little more vulnerable while dealing with the world.

"Yes!" When you say yes, the Universe helps you, it was the word that made people like Ram. It was the word that made him feel that he was a part of his family. Yes was the word that helped him grow as a businessman and a human. He understood its weight and gravity, and that's why he never backed out from saying "Yes!"

But Priya taught him to say No. She taught him to be a little stronger while dealing with the world.

Ram-Priya contrasting each other like Yin and Yang is my favorite thing. I am not into opposites attract, but their pasts have made them into such beautiful humans, that even two simple words start holding more importance.

Tell me how it was down in the comments.

omg itne chote se drabble mei kitna kuch kaha hai ❤️ u really captured the essense of their individual thought-processes & now their mutual influences!

I've always been of the opinion that Opposites might attract But Contrasting characters are the one that survive & thrive😎

Ram & Priya are exactly that - contrasting characters that'll help each other due to the way they have been shaped cos of their experiences ❤️ .

So as you would have guessed by now, Loved the contrast of Yes & No here

Your writing, as always, is beautiful and touches the very essence. Ram and Priya are an example of the harmony of opposite things, the universe itself directed them to be together and go to something special.

arre aree, my attempt at being meta had full fail effect much like N and V ke plans.

I love how these two are teaching the other the life lessons. I think more than opposites attract they are two people who in their quest to protect those they love in very different ways but have one thing in common that they are a shield that stands between the world and their family.

Are the 32/38 shades of that blue green softness that we love and appreciate?

Louveee the drabble (Yes).
