I have being saying this for a very long time. There is no communication between the leads. Ram definitely has a different set of rules than Priya. Ram clearly knows ex whose status is either friend or brother-in-law, is just plain ex. How come he is not following the same rule. They have made the ML into a disgusting character for sure. Vedika having an agenda or not is irrelevant here!

I think Ram knows very well that he was not able to marry Vedika because he was not rich. We get to know this during Shivina and Akk's marriage track. When Vedika tries to tell Ram that Akki is not right person because his family member tried to harm Ram giving Prawn. At that time she tells him about what her dad told her during her wedding - that it is better to marry some one from the right background. The other instance is when he is sitting in room and there is monologue where in he says , just because someone is poor they shouldnt have to loose the love of their life. This clearly shows that Ram is well aware of Vedika and why she left him.

Here the problem is Ram's behaviour towards Vedika. Having a good will for an ex is absolutely fine. But body language matters. The way he talks to her and the physical proximity behind the walls is not right. If he is that close to her then he should show that closeness in front of all. Any such behaviour where he knows that is not right then he shouldnt do it with out anyone 's knowledge. Many a times we have seen him holding her hands and talking , when someone comes he pulls his hand away. He doesnt do that with Brinda. So why show difference with Vedika. So , somewhere deep in his heart he knows what he is doing is not right .

Another point is why discuss his marriage problem with his ex. I remember in one of the scenes he had refused to tell her the reason for their fight. Now they have literally messed up with Ram's character just to give importance to Vedika and Ram. It is very difficult to think about Ram and Priya together because there isnt one sensible scene that we can associate with leads. Even if they show it , editing is so poor.

Unless they show Vedika loosing her grounds , enjoying Ram and Priya's romance is very difficult. To top it all , now its all about Vedika , than Priya. I mean she is the one who has got injured but if you see , there is nothing where in the FL is getting importance. Just to make viewers happy they bring in Ram and Priya scene. And what we get to see is ML sympathising , or thinking that his wife - FL will be angry with him etc. There isnt any proper dialogues or scenes that are planned between the FL and ML.

Everything is between Vedika and Ram or Vedika and the rest of the gang. I am really confused as to who is the Female Lead in this show.

About vedika leaving him it was said in a manipulative way. Vedika showed as if her father forced her to marry shashi when she was not at all interested and ram believed that. That's the reason even after her marriage ram loved her or else I don't think ram would love or trust her like this

About the track I agree I just can't tolerate vedika for even 1 sec on my screen and sometimes it looks like cvs are planning to make her a lead🤢. This track should end for good asap 🙏🙏🙏

Actually before his marriage with priya ram used to madly love vedika and everyone knows about it. That's why maybe sometimes he felt uncomfortable in even talking to her so that others don't misunderstand it. Keep hiding or finding a million excuses not to tell Priya that Vedika is his ex. Even Adi who is the only person with sense here told him Sara knows and he should tell Priya . Whether Priya wants to know or not . It’s about time Priya be told and then we will see Vedika being confronted by a strong Priya and Ram understanding her can’t have double standards with him being mad at Neeraj and him being allowed to be near Vedika . I’m sure Priya will resort to giving it back to Nandini too ! Fed up of third wheel stories in all EK shows . Thought this show would be different I guess not .

The plot is so messed up that now. Even if Ram wants to come clean about his past with Priya, there have been instances between Vedika and Ram that Priya might still take it in the wrong way. With an ex, there has to be certain boundaries set whether the ex has an agenda or not. This is clearly missing in Ram’s case, where he’s spending quality time with Vedika, driving to the cafe cutting and feeding cake, holding hands, walking into a room and locking up etc….

Finally a post talking about this positively. I really liked your analysis. Honestly, we have to understand both Ram and Priya had a very painful past hence all these problems. Ram is too naive when it comes to trusting his loved ones, and Priya has trust issues with men cause of her poor experiences. Actually if Ram just pushed Vedika away or threw her out just cause he started loving Priya that would have been a lil out of character even though that Naagin deserves it. He respects women thats why Vedika gets away n most importantly he is yet to see her true colours. And then as for Priya, if she suddenly went lovey dovey towards Ram that would have been out of character too. So I am still okay with what they are showing. The mistake both of them r doing is hiding a big truth. Ram about his past with Vedika and Priya about her father’s involvement in the accident. They both need to speak each other and say this truth, instead of fearing to lose each other. They have to overcome this fear. Personally I feel the villains are not a problem in Priya and Ram’s life, the villains in this show r too dumb 😆 even Vedika their plans bring them closer instead 🤣 the main villain in Ram and Priya’s story is lack of communication, but once they do that they will be as strong as a wall.
