I am not sure. I will speak for myself. When I feel like wearing my engagement ring I do, when I dont I dont. Same goes for Bindi , sindoor, Payal and all those things. No one forces me to and no one has been able to even if there is a conditioning going on around me and fortunately I know a lot of women who align with me. So yeah pehle ye conditioning thi, but ab choice bhi hai. We dont have mehendi and bridal chuda in our customs but now people are getting it done, because they think it looks good and all, so I will not go into that deal there, ofcourse a lot of conditioning and forceful traditions have been there, but women now are out there, who deny to follow them. I have myself denied to wear bangles on a daily basis and picked them up to wear it even on my tees when I felt like wearing it..So yeah..

About TV, to think of it,there are many good mannered married women who do not wear it, not even sindoor.

Oh he's very insecure but I don't think he thinks that she will cheat on him or something. But he's surely insecure that Neeraj got to see that romantic side of her but also that he ruined that part of her.

That can happen everywhere in every world and it is happening. But since we were talking about Priya, here gave an example. She choses to wear her kind of clothes when she has been told against by so many people, I am not sure Chooda can be forced on her.
