I had a nagging question after ydays episode. What's a non automatic geyser. Like Ram even ii don't understand it. Aren't all geysers supposed to be automatic. Non automatic wala are called boilers?! Aren't they?

And 6-7k mein u do get automatic geysers. Where are they living? Amazon mein saste mein miljatahai yaar... Links bejdu cvs ko?! Sometimes I feel this show is being highly unrealistic especially abt middle class living. The cvs don't even know what it means to live as a middle class family in Mumbai. Even Priyas house that they show in (Grtr?) Mumbai is too large for a supposedly middle class family is what I feel. Your thoughts please....

The house belongs to Mamaji who I am guessing is more well off but still upper middle class & not rich. Anyone who lives in Mumbai will know apartments are not this big unless u are a movie star or rich businessman!! Priya’s apartment is too well done up also & not in sync with her simple personality.

Exactly! When Priya is shown to be working day and night to make ends meet how can they even show that kind of a high living! They always use cabs and autos. Don't they ever use trains?!

Even I didn't get that. All geysers switch off on their own when the heating is complete, and the switch being on or off doesn't matter, right? Or are there actually manual ones where they stay on, despite the water being hot and boiling inside the geyser?

A geyser is a water heater with a temperature sensor and hence it switches off after reaching the set threshold and switches on again when it reaches the lower threshold.

Only in show I am learning abt a non automatic geyser!
