Shashi & Ram's Father

Just started watching the show from first episode yesterday... I had a doubt...

Is Shashi behind Ram's father's death? Because Priya's Dad tells him that he had covered up a lot of things for Shashi and Shashi gets irked hearing that. Is that how the car number plate ended up in the bag that Priya's stepmom gave to her? But how is Ram not aware that the car is scrapped? Or it just lost the number plate somewhere and the car is still with Ram intact?

And have they given any reason on why Vedika married Shashi instead of Ram?

Welcome to the forum.

Well these two things haven't been cleared out. Since the show has just started, I think this will open up at least a few months from now.

Just for clarification, there is some connection between Shashi and Ram's father of which Mahender, his wife and his son is aware of. Mahender's wife handed over few leftovers of Priya's mom (Mahender's first wife) while cleaning their house to Priya in a bag which neither Priya nor her mom is aware about. That bag specifically had a number plate which is apparently Ram’s fathers car plate.

Further, reasons for Vedika and Shashi's marriage is still unexplored in the show. Ram has loved Vedika for a long time (6-7 years). Vedika too seems to have feelings for him. But there isn't any back story shown about their equation yet nor is there any clarity if Vedika loved Ram or not or she just cares for him considering he loves her that dearly.

For now, we all can enjoy the wedding sequence.

I think shashi is behind Ram's father death & MS is somewhere involve in it

This seems to be a very probable explanation for all the cryptic dialogues between Shashi and Mahendar. Mahendar killed Ram's father, hid the number plate maybe because that's an evidence, and now mistakenly gave it to Priya.

Vedika was probably blackmailed into marrying him like he must have blackmailed her with life of someone dear to her (probably Ram)

More like Shashi or someone close to Shashi murdered him and Mahender covered it up…

Vedika and Shashi relation is something I am not understanding one bit😆…

Byt tbh i too thought in the same like when they introduced the no. Plate. It kinda looked fishy...

May b when PriRa get married n he comes to stay with soods after marriage for a day or two may b then this track will start in full swing... who knows if they'd start with MU between the because of it.

But i thought Rams dad died when Ram was still a boy... u think that Shashi could b behind it coz he's also same age? He would b as established as he's now at the time of Ram's father's death...

yeah for now will enjoy marriage sequence and slowly they will open each loop after marriage which will effect/enhance their marriage and relation....

Yeh romance drama hai ya murder mystery? I don’t feel in the least interested in the licence plate, Shashi, Vedika or Mahendra. I am fed up of this Vedika behaving like some tragedy queen.

oh I didn't know that Ram's Dad died when he was young... so it can't be Shashi... it might be something else then or someone else who killed him
