Rishab is Bhagya's PA so usually he will carry her phone. So may be revati called him and he picked the call and mia was black mailing revati may be revealing her family about her pregnancy and asking her to pay money.
So since revati had no money left she called bhagya and he picked up her phone. He got to know everything but since he knew bhagya will easily starts panicking ( or i would say used it as an opportunity to shine) he decided to cover it up saying she is already tensed with appa's health.
He tells revati that he will trap mia such that she don't bother revati. He must have told mia that they are in a fake marriage. Instead of mia taking money from revati we can directly fetch it from bhagya. Hence he came drunk so that they can annoy bhagya and then asking for necklace for mia and then this pregnancy can also be fake as rishab knew bhagya is in hospital. It was just way to get more money from bhagya as if they say they will abort bhagya will give them money for not to do it.
He was also expecting some jealousy from bhagya or some resistance towards mia. But when rishab realized bhagya is going in opposite direction where she is letting him go than hold on to him he decided to end all of this. That's why he purposefully dropped that white paper so that bhgaya can follow him and see revati start suspecting him.
Tomorrow he wil take bullet and prove his loyalty and revati will prove how good he is. Mia can also be planted by him only just to show him as good infront of bhagya's eyes.

So if I understand this correctly, after he started doing fake pati natak, he intercepted a call from revati, and then told her that he would help her as her jiju. Then he went and started a relationship with mia. When mia got to know about him playing fake pati to bhagya, she started getting jealous, so he spent more time with her and agreed to meet with her whenever she wanted, etc. All this without informing bhagya for some odd reason and doing I am taken natak (so Mia was on call when he was doing that).
What I don't get is, how is mia pregnant in all of this? From a previous relationship? Then why is she trying to convince rishab??? Kuch samaj nahi aa raha.
Liked Rishab and Amma scenes. But still don't understand what is his real personality and real game here. His care for bhagya's family seems to reach above and beyond just having her fall for him. Like he didn't need to help Amma realize her love of dance. Or help revati to this extent? Or fight with bhagya while doing all of this? Like he could have told her and have her be grateful to him. I feel like there is a lot more to this than just the promo.
One thing is for certain, rishab's thinking is so twisted that there is no way we can use logic to understand what is going on.
