Sharma family sitting tensely in their living room. Priya enters & is surprised seeing them like that & asks them about it. No one answers. She then asks Karthik if he is okay & again asks what is the issue now Sudhir says its nothing & enquires about her trip with Shruti. Priya makes an angry face & says she wished she hadn't gone.She asks one more time about their tense state & Shipra bursts out that Nuts showed up & that she chased her out with some choice words. Sudhir glares at her & she walks off in a huff Priya asks Karthik if he spoke to her but he looks away.
Niharika fuming in the Kapoor office that Ram didn't turn up for a 125 crore deal which has slipped from their hands. She screeches where is that Mota. Sid answers that Ram has locked himself up in his room without food, work & change of clothes. He tried calling him on the phone which he does not answer & he tried knocking on his door which he does not open.After this Sid grins like a cat.Niharika fumes more & asks him why is smiling. He says Ram has turned over the business to him & will never return to Kapoor office. Niharika is hopping mad & says Kapoor Industries can be run only by a Kapoor & not by some ayra gyra. Sid looks as she has insulted him. Niharika tells him to quit dreaming. He is nalayak who couldn't take care of the one company given to him. She says she must do something about Ram or the whole business ka hoga beda gard.
Poor Ram in his all darkened room pining away for his sweet wife by having flashbacks of their time together. Rishabh & Dadi tries to bring him out but Ram still lost in thoughts of Priya. Both go away heartbroken. Mama & Sid come there & pretend to be concerned & call Ram to come out.
Harry summons Vik to the office in the middle of the night. After sometime Vik agrees. Neha hears that & goes mad. She says to tell Harry to get a life.Vik pacifies her saying he is leaving the job & rejoining Ram. He just wants to clear up some pending work .Neha is super impressed & eagerly sends him off. She thanks God that Harry naam ki balaa is out of her hair. As a reward she decides to chill hereon & go on a summer holiday to her mums.
Priya anxiously waiting for Niharika call. She outside Ram door. She blackmails him into opening the door by saying his Dadi will die if she continues to see him this way. She tells him that his family & his business need him. How can he, the headstrong Ram Kapoor behave this way. He knows his family cannot take a step without him. Ram emphatically answers that he will continue to remain this way so long Priya is away from his life. Niharika was shocked to listen this. He continues that Priya is his habit & he cannot come out of this gloom with out her.
Aeysha walks into the Lomal offices & introduces herself. The receptionist has never heard of her & says so. Ayeshs replies she is the face of the company & the woman laughs. Sid comes & orders the woman to call the manager & inform him Ayesha Sharma wants to meet. He then turns to her & says whatever has happened between their families should not affect her career & confidence.He mouths some more big brotherly lines & leaves.Aisha looks after him gratefully.
Priya meets Vik who informs her of Ram condition. She is sad. He then tells her how his so called family & so called Maa are running from pillar to post trying to salvage their comfort lifestyle. Priya says that exactly where she wanted Niharika. Niharika knows only Ram can run Kapoor business & only Priya Ram Kapoor can run Ram Kapoor. She is waiting for that one call from Niharika asking her to come back.
Just then Priya receives a call from Niharika. Priya receives the call with a very happy "Pairi Pauna,Mummy jee". Niharika says she wants to meet. But Priya says she cannot meet as she wants to catch up on her missed serials. Niharika was furious. Priya continues that Ram never let her watch her fav8 shows now that she has a chance she does not want to miss it. Niharika grinds her teeth & says to hell with your TV show she wants to meet her right now. Then Priya says she will have to hurry as she wants to go for her evening walk. Niharika cannot believe her ears.Pips says she could do any yoga or proper walking while KM & could not even sleep peacefully because of Ram snores. Priya says they cannot meet at some ayra gyra place & suggests a five star hotel. She then hangs up & gives Vik a winning smile.
