Tears welled in my eyes as I let Juhi's words sink into me. She stared into my eyes and her eyes glowed a sickly shade of green before I felt my body being numb and I closed my heavy eyelid.

PART 14

Ram's P.O.V.

I finished draining in the forest. I complete my dinner as fast as I can. Being so close with Priya had made me so thirsty. Her blood is like my personal brand of heroin, it was just so purely addicting. It takes all of my restraint so I just won't hurt her or anything. Just the thought of it kills me.

I still needed another ounce of blood but something tells me that I should go back to Priya. Something in my gut tells me to go back there. I ran vampire speed out of the forest and into the hotel.

Just for fun, I decided to take the stairs instead of the elevator because using my vampire speed is much better to use.

I finally reached the floor of my room and that's when I caught the awful dog smell. I walked slowly on the corridors and into our room. I took a deep breath before I knocked on the door but it surprisingly opened. I sniffed the air and smelled at least two different awful dog scents but no amazing scent that Priya has.

I stepped into the house and saw a body of a old woman lying dead on the floor, her neck brutally snapped. I roamed the room but found no traces of Priya.

"Priya?'' I yelled into the nothingness. "Priya, where are you?''

She was gone. The two awful dog scents belong to Juhi and Shan.They took her. I know they would. I should have not left her alone. I can't forgive myself if something bad happens to Priya.

I immediately ran outside of the hotel and to the place where I track Priya's scent.

Priya's P.O.V.

"Wake up, wake up!'' An annoying voice rang in my ear as I struggled to open my eyes. "You're Prince Charming won't save you!''

I blink my eyes and finally squeeze it open. I was in a room full of mirrors, and this is the place where I used to take Dance classes. I looked up and saw Juhi, a smirk on her red lips. Everything that happened before I passed out, came running back into my mind.

Shan stood beside her, a silver dagger on his hands as he looked at me with lust. I was sitting on the floor but I wasn't tied or anything.

"You don't need to be tied by ropes or anything.'' Juhi spoke as if she is reading my mind. "My paralyzing ability is enough to make you stay frozen in place.''

She was right, to a human like me, her paralyzing powers has much worse effect done it must have done to vampires and other werewolves.

"Shan, the dagger.'' Juhi handed her hand out to Shan, as her smirk grew bigger. Shan gave Juhi the dagger and she bent down to my level.

"This may hurt.'' She told me as she slashed down my legs. I winced in pain and shut my eyes close as the blood ooze from the wound. "I want you to scream Ram's name! I want you to ask for his help!''

I refused to do anything and with this, she broke my leg. I whimpered in pain as held my leg and Juhi snickered. She licked the blood on the dagger.

"How about the other leg?'' She asked creepily as her hands crawled up to my left leg but before she could break it, a shattering sound of the glass interrupted us and Shan was thrown to the other side of the place.

Juhi stood up from her kneeling position,. I looked to where Shan was thrown to and I see a figure with rage. Ram.

Ram and Shan began fighting while Juhi watched from where she was. Suddenly, Ram began to be paralyzed by Juhi's ability so Shan started to break his neck.

I stood up and limped to Juhi. I pushed her with all my strength and this seems to distract her, freeing Ram off her powers. Ram and Shan started to fight again while Juhi gained her composure and she turned back at me. She snarled at me angrily before she pushed me with all her strength, causing me to fly and hit my back on the glass, pieces of it shattering.

My vision started to get blurry as blood slowly trickles down my head from the wound on my head. I watched as Ram angrily snapped Shan's neck off. Vampires emerge from different direction. Ram's family. Juhi vanished through the window and Rishab and Sid ran after her.

Ram walked over to me, his eyes coal black and his fangs still sticking out of his upper lip. He kneeled down next to me, his nose flaring to the scent of my blood but my condition was helping him restrain his thirst. AKji appeared next to him followed by soumya, who was staring intently at my blood.

Ram looked over at me worriedly as he tried to pull me closer to his body.

"H-Ram.'' I whispered weakly to him as I caressed his face slowly.

His coal black eyes began to turn back to its emerald ones, tears threatening to fall from them.

"Dad(ak), what am I going to do?'' Ram asked Akji who was beside him. "I can't let her die. She lost too many blood already.''

My eyelids started to get heavy and I can't help but force them open. Ram noticed it and he began cupping my face in his.

"Stay with me, Priya.'' He pleaded as he made me look into his eyes. "Don't close your eyes, please. Stay with me.''

"I love you, Ram.'' I said before I gave up and I closed my heavy eyelids. Darkness engulfed my vision as I heard voices around me and someone shaking me.

Ram's P.O.V.

It pained me more when I saw Juhi broke Priya's right leg. She whimpered in pain but she did not scream. That's when I was in, and I pushed Shan to the other side of the building. We started fighting and I almost got the upper hand but I suddenly felt paralyzed. Juhi and her paralyzing ability.

Shan started to strangle my neck but I was suddenly freed from the paralyzation and I began fighting him again. I heard Juhi snarl at Priya and that's when I saw her hitting herself on the wall.

It made me angrier and I managed to kill Shan by breaking his neck. My family started to arrive as Juhi escaped through one of the windows, but Rishab and Sid followed after him.

Priya's blood started to fill my nostrils and I walked over her. Blood trickled from her head down to her cheeks and her legs were bloody from a long gash. She was losing a lot of blood and she was dying.

I ignored the smell of blood as I kneeled next to her. Dad and soumya kneeled next to me as they looked at her worriedly. I pulled her closer to my body despite the smell of her blood.

"H-Ram.'' She whispered weakly as she caressed my face slowly. My fangs were now gone and my eyes were back to its original color.

"Dad, what am I going to do?'' I asked. "I can't let her die. She lost too many blood already.''

Before He could answer, I saw Priya's eyelids started to fall and it scared me that if she closed them, she would never open them anymore.

Priya made me happy again after years of feeling left alone and sad. She was my light. I can't let her die in my arms tonight.

"Stay with me, Priya.'' I pleaded as I made her look into my eyes. "Don't close your eyes, please. Stay with me.''

"I love you, Ram.'' She said before she closed her eyes slowly. I started shaking her and begging for her to wake up but she was already still.

"Priya, wake up!'' I started shaking her violently but she's still not moving. "Priya, sweetheart, please, don't leave me. I love you too.''

Dad placed a hand on my shoulder but I shrugged it away.

"She's gone, Ram. There's nothing we can do.''
