If no then why you eat little food? 😆 I don't eat little i eat 3 chapatis in the afternoon, night me 1 chapati n rice, mornine me bhi khaati hoon, but avoid excess eating, matlab 3 times pakka eater hoon ab aur zyada kya khaavu, yes avoid eating junks in between, sandhya ki galat information hai ye tumhe so ye delete kardo ki i m less eater. I m balanced eater thats it.
