Doc anothet doubt, how come srinika landed at the right time, was it planned before itself? Their is some connection here,
they wanted priya somehow know the truth and the hidden pain of Ram and that heaviness on his emotions, thst burden of hiding truth from his wife and the stress caused him attack7 or attack was akso a drama , so that priya should fearlessly , whole heartedly understand and accept her love for ram and should get to knowabout her abortion? This is the only way, where priya can come out if her guilts n would accept the truth if pregnancy. Why I got this doubt is Dr aruna and srinika were present in this hospital soon the incident took place.

Hai I think if just check once update ya its mentions that ram wants to reveal the truth to Prius in the presence of srinika so may be for that she came and when she lsndsed all these happens its mentioned in update and I don't think ram s attack is a plan I think it was real

@bpatil3 as @lpsakshi said I too feel that his attack isnt a part of plan. She has given in the update that Srinikha has been called by Ram to reveal the truth to Priya in her presence so that she can manage the afte effects (my guess) so she landed here but alas the unexpected happened and Ram was cornered by his tigress wife.
Coming to Ram's MI it might be due to the burden he took all these days of seeing Priya in pain and bearing the heaviness of hiding truth from her and above all he might be scared about Priya's reaction after knowing abt abortion and to all that her I Hate You might have been the point of explosion sooo he might have (Its what I derived aftr readng update soo the writer should clarify what it really is)
