The scene opens with Kapoor mansion which is all ready for pihu-sammy engagement. Vikram asks for the engagement rings n Ram realizes he forgot the ring for pihu in his room for which priya scolds him. She calls him careless.😆 Ram ignores priya's taunts and sends suhani to get the ring. As soon as she gets it, priya asks her to give the ring to sammy herself. There is an awkward moment of silence between sammy, suhani n khush while pihu, much to her usual possessive acts, holds sammy's hand. Suhani gives the ring and stands by sammy's side. Both sammy abd pihu exchange the rings and all clap for them. Khush is sad seeing suhani helpless. Suhani leaves from sammy's side when she suddenly feels dizzy and faints. Khush runs to hold her while others follow him but pihu stops sammy while he concernedly moves to suhani.Priya calls for doctor when a lady from the guests, who is a doctor, comes forward to check. Khush carries her to the room while priya follows requesting Ram to carry on the function.
Priya concernedly asks the doctor what caused suhani to faint to which the doctor says that suhani should undergo blood tests to get confirmed reports but it can mostly be due to lack of haemoglobin or stress! Priya asks khush to take of suhani while she leaves the room with the doctor. Once she leaves, suhani comes out of bed n pleads khush to stop the blood tests. Khush tells its important to know what's wrong with her but suhani keeps refusing. Khush asks the reason n suhani blurts out that she is Pregnant and she starts crying! Khush is shell shocked and asks its Sammy's rite n suhani continues to cry. Juhi, who was going to her room overhears the whole conversation and is shocked as well. Without wasting a moment, she runs to priya to spill the secret.
Ram is instructing Neha to take care of pihu as he doesnt trust vikram. Priya taunts that vikram loves pihu same as him so he shouldnt worry. Neha takes credit saying she knew pihu-Sammy were more than friends from before but Ram argues that he had proposed their relationship years back. They keep arguing and priya tries to stop them when Juhi appears abd requests her to come with her for some urgent work. Juhi and Priya leave.
Kaira and Ridhima have a special performance for the function and they dance on "Ghagra" from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Juhi takes priya to a corner from where she reveals the truth of suhani's pregnancy. Priya is stunned! However, she goes to suhani to confirm the news herself! While priya leaves, juhi smirks n pretends nothing happened and goes to congratulate pihu. Sammy takes this chance to loosen himself from pihu's clutches and check on suhani. Poor sammy, Ram holds him and asks where he is in a hurry leaving his daughter! Vikram n neha jokes that even if he tries to leave, they wont allow him to. Pihu reaches the spot and goes to Ram who tells that he can do anything for her happiness and for her he can go against anyone(oh no!!).
Priya reaches suhani's room and asks her health status. She asks what exactly happened to her to which suhani remains mum! Priya finally breaks the ice and asks if she is pregnant with sammy's child! Both suhani and khush are shocked. Suhani's silence prove to priya that juhi was speaking truth! She scolds suhani fully n blames her for trying to steal her daughter's love. Khush tries to support and priya realizes that he knew the truth and thats why he refused to marry suhani. Priya blames her parvarish while khush gathers courage and speaks the truth about suhani and sammy!
Khush tells that Suhani-sammy love eachother but suhani sacrificed her love for pihu and her sake! Priya is shocked and apologizes to suhani for misunderstanding her. Priya gets determined to stop the engagement but suhani stops her. Priya scolds her that despite being pregnant, how can she still think pihu-sammy marriage will happen! She says pihu will be shattered but Ram-priya are there to handle her but if the marriage happens then all lives shall be affected! Thus priya leaves the room to stop the engagement while suhani is tensed! Khush tells suhani that priya is right and its time that sammy takes up his responsibilites!
Precap:
Juhi is instigating pihu against priya that she is more concerned abt suhani than pihu. Juhi adds that she fears that in future a situation may occur when priya will support suhani instead of her. Pihu says she doesnt feel priya will do that to her n tells that juhi is jealous of the trust she has over priya than juhi.
