Gautami's comeback show wraps up in 3 months!

Ram Kapoor's wife and TV industry's well-known actress Gautami Kapoor is upset these days. Her comeback show Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi, which was launched in September, is said to be going off air on January 03, 2014.

"The show was banking heavily on Gautami as it was her comeback, but it failed to make its mark. It's better to wrap it up than drag," confirmed sources. The show recently saw a major replacement of Ulka Gupta, who played the central role of Ami. She was replaced by Hally Shah due to her alleged unprofessionalism.

Gautami, who was very excited about her comeback after a long hiatus on TV, also confirmed the news. She said, "I am disappointed, but it's part and parcel of the TV industry. We were informed about the development two days back, and it was shocking. The show is doing decently well and the content is good, which is one of the main reasons why I took it up. We are also trying to figure out the reason behind its closure. I have been associated with shows, which have run for two years. Now, I see so many shows closing down in four months " guess that's how TV works today."

Producer Rajan Shahi's new show featuring Reena Kapoor and Ashita Dhawan Gulabani will replace Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi.

It started off pretty well and the TRP is 1.4 which is not less but must say they diverted the basic plot into saas bahu drama where Shruti(DIL) was tortured but anyways she is a talented actress she will get many roles

The show started well with good concept & story. It turned into silly crappy kiddish brainless saas bahu drama.Somewhat like Basera.
