I have a Question about Eva's return

I was going through the articles couple days back and read that Eva is doing a comeback to help Priya come out of Coma..???

I am not able to understand. WHY HER CHARACTER..??? 😆

Was it necessary, is she really back, I mean why would Priya dream of her to recover from Coma
