It is very sad to see the way Pihu has turned out inspite of the fact that Priya is such a good mother. But being a good mother also means listening to your children and not screaming like a mad woman when something does not go to your liking. Perhaps that is the reason Pihu is forced to lie to her. Teenage years are difficult years and even the best upbringing can fail at this tender age.

If Priya had stopped screaming and going balistic she would have noticed that Pihu was not screaming for help, neither did her hair or her clothes seem disturbed and Pihu was close too Varun - all these should have indicated to her that something did not add up.

I think Ram just throws his weight around and thinks that because he is Ram Kapoor, the world should bow down to him. These kids need to know that the truth and justice should be the same for all and everyone should be given a chance to speak their truth. Normally Priya seems very sensible but this time definitely not. Mothers need to protect their children but not at the expense of teaching them to hide from reality.

u r absolutely right...that is why i criticized what neha did the other day by screaming and making a huge deal...

but priya has always been like this...that is what i dont like about her...the screaming...

even last time pihu lied to her when varun had called her late at night because she knows priya would go ballistic...

and ur observation is perfect when it comes to ram also...

I was thinking of Priya and Ram's upbringing of Peehu too! They have messed up big time and what I don't get is them being the lead of the show why are the CVs showing them as incapable parents?

I think most parents will agree on something...the best of upbringing can be given to a child and yet, that is no guarantee that the child will not do something wrong or follow a wrong path. This is because it's not just upbringing that influences a child, there are a lot of pressures and influences outside which can affect the child. Peer pressure, lack of self-confidence, trying to fit with the crowd, friends who may be the wrong influence and so on...all these factors can affect a child.

I don't think Priya or Ram are bad parents. They are parents who like every other parent, try to do the best they can in the circumstances and may not always succeed. Varun is very wrong and so is Pihu for accusing him of something he did not do. I guess, the detective instincts won't come up here for Priya because no mother will believe that her daughter can lie about a crime that is so heinous. Ram is reacting just like every father of a daughter who has been subjected to such a heinous crime, would react.

I am not sure if Pihu will be redeemed or if she can be by the CVs. But it brings out the truth that both men and women can be victims here, women who are raped and men who are falsely accused.

Well thought and @Bold exactly my thoughts... Because of a few silly girls like PIHU, entire woman community is being put through a mistrust when they CRY RAPE. After being raped those woman need to prove to the world that they are Raped, so they can get some justice... Only because of such silly woman 😡😡
