Perfectly pened down the feelings, emotions ... 👏
This hug was of the same caliber. It was a declaration of love. But so much more than love also. It was a declaration of 'I trust you even though we may never be able to show it after this', of 'I respect you, even though we may never have the chance to say it'. Mostly, it was a declaration that I know I have you, and you have me, but above all else, we have our honor, our identities which we get from each other.

WARNING - Long post.
BT, yet again, has given us yet another first - a hug like none other.I know there are mixed feelings, apprehensions, and even fear about the upcoming track, possible separation/leap.I know there has been a looong wait for this reunion, and some don't think the episodes of late are leading up to it properly.I know some think that we may not get to it at all.But yesterday, for me, was the perfect lead up to the today's episode. And tomorrow's pre-cap has been one of the best pleasant surprises I've had on this serials. Why?Well, she didn't want to hug him because she missed him. She didn't want to hug him because she loves him. She didn't want to hug him because she just can - because we all know she could have done that anytime since she came back till now. Heck, she doesn't even NEED a reason to hug him - she loves him, he loves her, and they have been apart for 5 years. She can hug him just for yucks if she wants. This is a woman of substance - she didn't say 'if I have this one night, I'd like to spend it with you (you know what I mean)', or that she'd like to tell him she loved him, or that she'd like to just spend it talking to him, or telling him how much she regrets what she did, or apologizing to him, etc. She just wanted to cry, just cry. A special night indeed, I think. This is a man of honor - I loved the choice of words. When she said she wanted to cry, he could have just hugged her. He could have sat next to her and put her head on his shoulders. He could have said 'come here, you', or 'I'll hold you while you cry'. No - he said 'IF CRYING IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO, you can do it on my shoulders, PLEASE'. A plea. A caged, silent, dying to come out and be expressed plea. 'PLEASE'. But, before the plea, a very honorable and humble statement - IF crying is what you want to do - come on over. Again, this, also, is a husband who could have hugged his wife whenever, wherever. They are VERY SECURE in each other's love. But he put his honor up front first. And then he uttered his plea, for that hug. I know I'm analyzing too much, but I loved that line. Also love the man who delivers it :).When you are at your lowest, you don't want anyone to see you. She realizes she's made mistakes, and in the heat of the moment, she did what she thought was best. She always does. But she made a mistake, and she's paying for it. And so is her Ram Kapoor. Boy is he paying for it. Every moment she spends with him, she realizes the intent of the price. Of how he missed her. How he not only survived, but LIVED, for her, believing she was dead. And the price he paid for LIVING, not surviving. What she realized today is that after her, he not only survived, but LIVED. And not only did he LIVE, he lived as PRIYA'S RAM KAPOOR. Not the old Ram Kapoor. And that came with a price only HE has been paying, alone. To be at your lowest, to come face to face with results of the decisions you've made, to realize that there possibly may be no end to the coma you've caused in your relationship - it unmans you. And she wants to share THAT humbling, that humiliating, that truly truly SAD experience with him - by just crying. One night, their room, their sorrow, their pain, and their shoulders. So she's slowly breaking down. That woman of substance is coming apart at the seams, but also at the core. And the ONE PERSON she wants to be around is the one person she has done the SAME to.No declaration of love could have been stronger, more touching, more moving, that when Priya Ram Kapoor had said I love you to Ram Kapoor. They both knew they loved each other, actually, and we knew they knew. So the declaration could have been a little dampened. But it was like no other. Very humbling. Very passionate, but very humbling. His declaration, followed by what came, was also like no other. Very, very humbling. As we saw a giant bow down, on his knees, waiting for his fate, even though we knew he knew she loved him, it was so evident that he also did NOT KNOW what would happen next. If she would leave him, believe him, dismiss him, disregard him, or anything else. So - it was as exciting, as passionate, as unpredictably fresh as a declaration of love to an unsuspecting soul from her/his secret crush. And that's why that hug is special. She doesn't know if she'll have this one night with him again, so what does she do? She doesn't say she'll do anything BUT cry. Cry for all the reasons mentioned above, and much more. But mostly, cry because she can, today. Cry because she can today, and today she can do it with him. It's a special hug because this woman of substance breaks down, finally, and wants to spend the only night she may have with him breaking down, WITH him. It's special because this man of honor very succinctly asks his estranged wife to be allowed the honor of providing the shoulders she can cry on.I know many are not happy today. But ... just take it as it comes. They are such beautiful actors, I understand now why Ekta said she had waited for Ram and Saakshi for this show. I understand and appreciate now, why she had waited for just these two actors to make this show. I know, like all good things, this show will also come to an end. And I'd rather it ends on a good note, than be stretched like bad chewing gum. But when it does, we won't see these two gems, along with the excellent dialogues, making masterpieces. I'll miss that. But, I digress. So, take it easy folks. whatever comes, it'll be beautiful. Whether it's a separation, a leap, a C-night, a reunion, etc.I'll sign off, or I'll keep rambling. Sorry, I know it got really long. :)-S
Loved this episode, eagerly waiting for tomorrow. Perfect way to vent and tell each other how much they missed each other, no screaming, no yelling, no bashing each other. They want to cry and hug each other ...awww
Since Ayesha's part is not yet cleared, it is understood RaYa won't be together. I hope CVs brings some good surprising elements soon rather than dragging like 'bad chewing gum'.
