Ram walks with Priya in his arms.. They both smile looking at eachother..
Ram: Aap dikne mein toh patli hai.. Lekin..
Priya: Bhaari hu..
Priya feels like she's slipping away.. So she puts her hands around his neck..
Priya: Woh..
Ram smiles.. Thankyou..
A cold wind blows.. Ram tightens his grip on her.. He's cold.. He looks at Priya.. Her eyes closed she seems to be enjoying the wind..
Priya: Lagtha hai.. Baarish ka mausam shuru hogaya hai..
Ram still cold holds her tighter.. Priya understands..
Ram: haan.. Bohot tand hai..
They reach the room.. he takes off his slippers and nudges the door open.. He puts Priya back on her feet.. Priya walks into her room.. While Ram locks the door behind.. Lost in the cold weather.. They look around.. There are a two candles on the teapoy.. and two suitcases kept beside the sofas.. The room is not decorated.. They walk and sit down..
Ram: pointing at the candle.. Chitti hai..
Priya take it..
Priya: Mein padu?
Ram nods..
Priya:
Dear Bhabi,
Mein aapka chote Rishab..
Bhai ke kapde, tablets aur buisness ke important documents bhejdi hai meine..( Priya looks at Ram who seems unaware)
Sach bolu Bhabi toh.. Bhai ko itna shaant meine kabhi nahi dekha hai..
Lekin jab bhi woh aapke saath hote hai toh.. Pata nahi jaise unki saari pareshaani door hojaathi hai..
Karthik jiju aur Nutz di ne apna shaadi postpone kardi hai..
Hum Ek hafte ke baad waapis aajaayenge.. Bhabi.. bhai ka khayal rakiyega..
Hosake toh maa ko ek phone kardijiye..
Aur Bhai ko boldijiye ki khaandani kangan aapko pehenaai..

She folds the chit.. Ram still looking at her.. her face beautifully lit in the candle light.. Priya gets up and walks to his side.. She opens one of his suitcases.. There were clothes neatly folded.. Office wear on one side and Kurthas on the other.. Ram got up and came and stood by Priya..
Ram: Inko.. kaha..
Priya hands a Kurtha Pyajama to him.. saying.. Aap change kardijiye.. Mein dekhlungi.. He walks accross quietly.. he's tired.. Too many things for a day.. He just wants to rest.. He walks past the bed.. It looks inviting.. And then enters the work area.. he smiles as he enters the dressing room for the first time.. he looks at the kitchenet to his right.. by the window with a view to an open garden and the sea ..
He turns to his left.. It was the biggest dressing room he had seen.. There was a huge wardrobe with a dressing table to his right.. And another large wardrobe to the left till the entrance.. And in between these there was a tinted door.. The rose wood doors of the wardrobe complemented well with the white wall and ceiling.. The doors were engraved intricately with designs.. he touched the doors as he walked back towards the dressing table..He smiled while looking at the designs and feeling them..He wondered how it was so clean.. He came to the dressing table.. There was a chair in front of a tall mirror.. Nothing was kept on the table.. There were two drawers on either sides.. He placed his kurtha and pyajama on the chair and opened one drawer.. There was a sunscreen kaajal and lipstick and a bindi pack.. He smiled thinking.. Choti ki toh pura make up set hai.. Aur yaha.. A wide grin appears on his face.. he closed it and opened the other drawer.. There was a small circular box and a large velvet box.. Both were open and empty.. he smiled realising that it was the jewellery set.. And she had worn all of it today.. He closed the drawer and changed.. He looked at his watch it was 3.00 am.. He walked out with his sherwani in his hand.. He was surprised to see that one of the book shelves was emtied and all his filed were neatly arranged..
She had placed his laptop along with hers.. Ram Thinking.. Aaj tak.. Meine sab ke liye itna kuch kiya.. Lekin aaj tak kisi ne meriliye.. He smiles.. She had so quickly let him into her life.. It was the first time someone had done somethig for him.. he was used to doing everything by himself.. Except Choti who used to help him with His choice of clothes.. He walked towards the bed.. He looked at her on the other side.. She was turning off the alarm.. He walked around the bed to her.. She turned and looked at him..
He wanted to touch her.. Just once.. Her skin so soft.. He looked at her hands..
Ram: Mehendi..? Kab..?
Priya: Neha ne lagaya.. She put both her hands forward.. And she put her palms together sideways.. And it spelled ram in hindi.. The mehendi color was dark and red...He smiled.. He wanted to touch her palms.. They were inviting.. He looked at Priya as to asking her for permission.. She smiled. And blinked..
He touched his name with his left hand.. The touch seemed to connect them..
He smiled..
Priya tooked the sherwani from his hand.. Aap takgaye honge..
Ram: Haan.. mein iss side pe so jao?
Priya smiles.. She walks away.. Ram looks at her walk away wearing the joda..
He slps into the bed.. Its so soft.. He puls the velvet duvet half way up and rests his head on the pillow.. His head comfortably sinks in.. Thinking to himself.. Itna sab hogaya aaj.. Kash yeh rishta pyar ka rishta hota.. His eyes and mind fail to stay up any longer.. He dozes off..Priya wearing a white gown.. full sleeves.. walks towards the bed.. The candles have blow off.. Its been about half an hour.. the only thing lit is her nanda deepa.. She watches him sleep peacefully.. A smile creeps up her face.. She looks at the duvet half up.. She leans over to pull it over..
Ram moves in his sleep She sees that he is cold.. She puts the duvet over.. And slips in.. Its a big bed and there is enough distance between them.. She turns away from him.. She pulls her duvet up..She looks at the time its 4.30.. She puts her mobile on silent mode and keeps it on the side shelf.. Ram who is cold involuntarily moves closer to her and puts his hands around her waist and his palms rested on her stomach.. She closed her eyes..That was the first time a man had touched her.. She knew he was asleep.. And yet it sent butterflies into her stomach.. She smiled.. She felt safe in his possession.. She placed her palm over his palm.. And dozed of.. Ram opened his eyes as he sensed warmth.. He realized what he had done.. And smiled.. He whispered in her ear.. Good night my friend..
Priya.. Good night Mr. Kapoor.. They both smiled.. Neither of them knew what they felt.. But they felt like they belonged to one another.. They soon dosed off..
