TOI: Amreen replaces Deepti in BALH

TOI had earlier reported that Dipti Shrikant, who is currently playing Saumya, Rishab's (Sunny Goraya) wife in Bade Achhe Laggte Hain, is soon going to get replaced.

We told you that actress Resha Konkar has been finalised to replace her and the actress even confirmed the same to us. However, there is a change in plan and it is not Resha but rookie actress Amreen, who will replace Dipti to play Saumya. As reported earlier, the decision to replace Dipti was taken because she signed a Marathi show Mala Saasu Havias the lead on Zee Marathi and the production house didn't take too kindly to this.

Informs our source, ""Resha had to opt out owing to date issues. Informs a source from the show, ""Amreen will replace Dipti in BALH. The production house was in talks with Resha, but things didn't materialise. Amreen is expected to commence the shoot in the next two days."" Amreen refused to comment. For those uninitiated,Amreen has featured in shows like Banoo Main Teri Dulhan, Beend Banoongaa Ghodi Chadhunga and Bairi Piya.
