PART - 28

Everyone is gathered in the Kapoor Mansion……they all were discussing about Rahul Chavi's wedding…

Niharika – Ram beta I want the best of arrangement for everything…

Ram – ofcourse ma…aakhir meri choti ki shadi hai….aap dekhna sab kuch best hoga….

Priya – aunty chaliye preprations karni hai…kal mehendi ki rasm hai….chaliye chaliye…chal neha….and she drags the ladies with her….

Everyone is assigned their jobs and they get engrossed in their respective work….

Next day –

It's the Mehandi ceremony in Kapoor Mansion….all the ladies are gathered in the hall…..Chavi is sitting in middle with two girls applying mehendi on her palm….

Niharika – beta Priya kaha hai…..

Chavi – pata nahi maa…I think she is with neha….

Niharika – ok I will see….saaying this she starts looking for Priya….

Priya on the other hand was going downstairs when a hand from no where pulls her into a corner…..she gets scared for a moment and was about to shout….when her mouth gets covered with a palm…..her heart starts to beat normally as soon as she sees its Ram…

Ram smiles…he removes his hand from her mouth….her back was touching the wall and Ram had placed his hands at the corner blocking her way….

Priya – ram let me go….kisi ne dekh liya to….

Ram – dekhne do….mein kisi se nahi darta….

Priya tries to push him away…..Ram please….

He doesn't listen….he traces her from head to toe…..and Priya feels shy with his gaze…he brings his hand close to her face…..traces his finger over the corner of her eyes and takes some kohl from there….he then puts a tika of the kohl near her ear…

Ram – itni khubsurat lag rahi ho…kisi ki nazar lag gayi to…..hamesha kala tika laga ke rakhna….saying this he caresses her cheeks….she smiles….

Priya – agar aapki aashiki khatam ho gayi ho to mein jau….

Ram – nahi jane du toh….

Before priya could say anything…they hear someone say….

"agar nahi jane doge to hume khud aakar use le jana padega"

They both are startled to see Niharika standing over there with her arms crossed trying to hids her smile….

Ram – wo ma…mein…

Priya- mein ….mein niche hi aa rahi thi maa….

Nih – haan mujhe dikh raha hai….she comes close to Ram and holds his ear…

Ram – oouch maa….dard ho raha hai….

Nih – accha….sab kuch dekha mene…..bahut sayana ho gaya hai…..teri shadi ki tarikh bhi nikalwani oadti hai mujhe ab…..

Priya gives a shy smile….

Ram – ye to acchi bat hai maa,,,,naik kaam mein deri kaisi….

Nih – dekha priya kitna utawala ho raha hai…..khud ko to sambhal nahi pata….meri Piya ko kya sambhalega….abhi apni shadi ki nahi Chavi ki shadi ki chinta kar….ja….am taking priya with me and dare you …agar fir use tang kiya na fir dekhna…..saying this she takes Priya with her…..

Downstairs….Nih makes Priya sit with her…

Nih – arre zara meri hone wali bahu ko bhi toh mehendi lagao….

Priya looks at her in shock…..Neha and Chavi giggle…..and Priya feels shy….

Nih- arre kuch galat kaha kya mene….

Priya – nahi…haan…mera matlab hai wo….

Naina – rehne de Priya…tu jo kehna chah rahi hai hum samajh chuke hai….kyu Chavi….

Chavi – haan neha…..Priya bhabhi kab bheju mein aone bhai ko barat lekar aapke ghar….

All the ladies start teasing Priya and she is blushing like anything…

Nih – are chalo an itna bhi tang mat karo….Suman aur neha yaha aao…aur Priya ko bhi mehendi laga do…mere Ram ke naam ki…she says smiling teasing Priya….

Neha and suman start apllying mehendi to Priya….

Neha – by the way…..Ram ka naam kaha likhna hai….

Piya – kaha likhna hai matlab….

Neha – arre lets see how much Ram loves you…lets see if he is able to find out his name in your mehendi…that will be test of his love….

Priya just nods…neha starts applying mehendi and Priya's hair start irritating her…she couldn't tuck them behind her ear coz of the mehendi….then suddenly someone turns the table fan to her side which makes her hair away from her face….she looks up to find Ram….he blows a flying kiss to her and goes away smiling…she too smiles…..after some time all are done with applying Mehendi…

Priya goes upstairs to find Ram she wanted him to see her mehendi….she enters his room and bumps into him….fortunately her mehendi doesn't get spoiled but the duppata of her dress fall down from her shoulder….

She looks at herself and then at Ram…..she realises her condition and quickly turns to other side….Ram quitely picks up the duppata fro the floor and gently drapes it around her….she smiles….Ram then holds her and turns her to face him….

She raises her hands up showing him her mehendi with a cute smile….

Ram makes a face…as if disapproving it….

Priya becomes sad….acchi nahi hai kya…..

Ram –no……she becomes more sad….Ram notices it and smiles…..bahut acchi hai …..

Priya face lighten up…..sacchi….

Ram – accha to batao….isme mera naam kaha hai….

Priya hides her mehendi by pulling her hands back….

Priya – shaam ko jab mehendi sukh jayegi tab tum isme dhundna apna naam….it will be test for you….

Ram – oh so miss Priya Sharma is gonna take my test huh…

Priya – ofcourse….and if you fail then …

Ram – no …Ram kapoor never loses ma'am….

Priya – we will see….now I am going down or again maa will taese us….saying this she leaves.

Priya goes to Naina….who was busy with the flower arrangement….she sees adi admiring Naina from a corne…..as soon as Adi senses that Priya has caught him he skips away…Priya smiles…

Priya – naina….

Naina – haan priya kya hua…

Priya – chalo niche niharika maa bula rahi hai,,!!!!

Later in the evening….the ladies were busy singing wedding songs in the hall…..the love birds as usual were busy among themselves….neha as always was fighting with vik…as it had been more than 20 minutes but he couldn't find out his name in Neha's mehendi….

Vik – kaha likha hai yaar…am sure tumne likha hi nahi hai…

Neha – vik now its proved you don't love me at all…..itni der ho gai but tum ek naam nahi dhund paye…aarrhhh….

Vik tries again very hard this time….yaay….mail gaya….he jumps in joy….mil gaya…..dekho ye hai na…..he points at the design….

Neha smiles…..yaaay baby….and hugs him…..

Rahul – Chavi :

Chavi – rahul aapko mila ya nahi….

Rahul – hmmm yeah I got it…..

Chavi – accha mujhe bhi batao….

Rahul traces his finger over the mehendi where his name was written …..ye hai R…..ye hai A….H….U…and this is L…..and he kisses her on the nose….

RaYa-

Priya – so now this is the 2^nd test of your love….

Ram – pehla kya tha…he says with a confused look…

Priya – wo…..maa keh rahi thi agar mehendi ka rang dark ho na toh iska mtlab hai ke….tum mujhse bahut pyar karte ho….

Ram – mere pyar ka measurement ye mehendi par dependent hai…..

Priya – ram…..just do what am saying….and she puts forth her hands…showing him her palm….asking him to find out his name…..

Ram holds her hands and starts his work….he scratches his head….he then joins her palms and sees his name….

Ram – mil gaya……and plces a soft kiss on her palm where his name was written….he gets naughty and starts placing kisses on her wrist going up on her arm…..

Priya pushes him lightly…

Priya – agar maa ne dekh liya na phir tumhari khair nahi….

Ram – maa mujhe kuch kyun kahegi…apni hone wali biwi ke sath hu….

Priya – excuse me…mr….aapne abhi mere papa se koi baat nahi ki hai….pehle papa ko manao phir mera hath milega….samjhe….

Ram – yes boss….dekhta hai aapke papa shree kaise nahi mante….utha ke le jaunga ghar se fir sab dekhta reh jayenge….

Priya – wo toh dekha jayega.

And she rests her head on his chest and he pulls her into a hug.
