RaYa OS- Tu Hi Mera!

He sat there recollecting the events of the day as they unfolded. He sat dejected in their room. Priya has dejected him.

Priya: "Nahi aaoongi main aapke saath. Aapne mera dil toda hai. Kya maanga tha maine? Sirf vishwaas. Wo bhi nahi de sake aap?" she said with tears brimming in her eyes.

It tore his heart apart to see her in this condition. But he knew that only he was responsible for her condition! He had promised himself that he will always be there to wipe the tears away but these tears were given by him. He was in deep pain.

These words, these exact words, these heart wrenching words kept playing as a broken record. All Priya had wanted was that he should believe her. I should have heard her brother's story once. She was always right. I was a fool to ignore the fact that my family used me. There are always two sides to the coin. Kartik was proven innocent. His Choti cheated him. His mother, his brother, everybody cheated him except Priya. And I cheated Priya. I know I am wrong. I committed a grave mistake.

As the words kept echoing in his heart, all she wanted was me to trust her. I failed her today, as a husband, as a lover! I failed our love and our marriage. I am a defeated man today. Tears brimming in his eyes he called up Apeksha,

Ram: "Hello Apeksha."

Apeksha: "Haan bhai. Main Apeksha hi bol rahi hoon."

Ram: "Jaraa maa ko phone dena."

Apeksha: "Haan. Deti hoon na."

Ram: "Maa..."

Krishnaji: "Ram..." she said with her voice cracked to hear his voice after so many years.

She could hear him crying softly. She questioned him.

Krishnaji: "Kya hua Ram? Aise ro kyu rahe ho? Priya jhagda hua kya?"

Ram: "Haan par aapko kaise pata?"

Krishnaji: "Maa hoon tumhari main Ram. Bhale hi tum mujhse nafarat karte ho apr aaj bhi mera dil apne bete ki tadap pehchaanta hai."

Ram: "Maa main haar gaya. Main sab kuch haar gaya."

Krishnaji: "Aisa nahi ho sakta. Mera beta kabhi nahi haar sakta. Ram tum nahi haar sakte."

Ram: "Maa Priya mujhe chod ke chali gayi hai. Jin logon ko main aapni duniya maantha tha, mera parivar wo sab ne mujhe dhoka diya."

Krishnaji: "Tum kaha ho Ram?"

Ram: "Main sadak par hoon maa. Maine meri har ek company sab ke naam kar di thi aur in logon ne mujhe ghar se bahar fek diya hai."

Krishnaji: "Tum ghabrao nahi beta. Tum phirse sab kuch khada karoge. Main jaanti hoon tumhe. Bas Priya ke wapas lao beta. Wahi hai jo tumse pyaar karti hai."

Ram: "Maine bahut koshish ki par wo nahi aane ko taiyyar."

Krishnaji: "Theek hai to phir main India aa jaati hoon."

Ram: "Nahi maa. Aapko aane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Main Priya ko wapas laaoonga aur main tab aapse baat karoonga. Main aapse baad main baat karta hoon."

At Vikarm's House

Vikram: "Ram aa jaana. Waha bahar kyun khada hai?"

Neha: "Kya fatty bahar khada hai?"

Ram: "Pata nahi kis muh se andar aa jaao?"

Vikram and Neha giving Ram perplexed looks,

Vikram: "Kya matlab hai tera?"

Ram: "Wo tujhe maine Choti aur Kartik ke baare main nahi bataya."

Vikram: "Unke baare main kya Ram?"

Ram: "Wo Choti ne Kartik par Domestic violence ke charges lagaye the aur maine sirf Choti ke baat par yakeen kiya aur Priya par nahi. Mujhe bas laga ki wo sirf Kartik ki waqalat kar rahi hai. Par Kartik was innocent."

"Maine use mujhe aur is ghar ko chod ke chale jaane ke liye kaha. Aur yahi meri bas sabse badi galti thi."

Vikram: "Haan to use jaake maafi maang aur wapas leke aa use."

Ram: "Kaise laaoo? Maine to ghar bhi chod diya aur meri saari companies kisi na kisi ke naam pe hai. Aur jo meri thi wo maine Priya ke naam kardi. Agar use laaoonga to rakhoonga kaha use? Ghar to hai nahi? Bas Vikram kuch dinon ke liye rehne ki jagah de de aur kahi naukri dila sakta hai to..."

Vikram: "Ram tu naukri karega?"

Ram: "Kyun main naukri kyun hai kar sakta?"

Vikram: "Kapoor Industries ka maalik kaam karega?"

Ram: "Vikram main maalik tha. Ab nahi. Ab ye Ram Kapoor ek berozgaar aadmi hai. Bas aur kuch nahi hai."

Vikram: "Theek hai par mujhe aisa lagta hai ki tujhe Priya se ek baar baat karni chahiye."

Neha: "Haan Ram. Tu ek baar hi sahi Priya se baat karle. Bas ek baar. Hamari liye hi sahi."

Ram: "Karloonga par main jaanta hoon ki wo mujhe kabhi maaf nahi karegi. Aur main use aur pareshaan nahi karna chate. Bahut dil dukhaya hai maine uska. Main jab wapas uske layak banoonga to use mana loonga. Mere aaj koi aukaad nahi hai."

And then just as he was about to leave for a night walk with Vikram; Priya questions him,

Priya: "Kya aap mujhe itna hi samajh paaye Mr. Ram Kapoor?"

And with that he turned back to see a teary eyed Priya. It was Ram who took her into his arms first. A moment later, he felt her hug him back and stayed enveloped in his arms listening to their hearts breathing in rhythm with each other.

"I love You" She said as she rose herself from his chest and whispered in ears. She stepped back and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek!

So guys do you want me to pen down an Epilogue for this? Do leave your precious comments! They really mean a lot to me!
