I m sure it's DR Patil. I think he helped niharika to separate krishu ji and amaranth by telling amaranth that he n KK love eachother 😕 isiliye she is telling priya to ask him why he did that or Kis k kehne pr 😲

Wow ...I was guessing until I saw this post...looks like got a right man...Dr. Patil...may be when he was struggling doctor back then and niharika left him to have relationship with amarnath ...or may be this patil is one of the friend of amarnath...and niharika got to know amarnath through this doctor 😕 😲

EXACTLY... KOI BHI AMARNATH KA KUCH NAHI HAIN,,, as bcz ramne hamesha yeh mention kia hain... ki chhoti jab uske haat mein ayi tabh wo ek saal ki thi,... so amarnath ka beta sirf ram kapoor hi hain,,, wo sab sirf niharika ka hain

i agree with u.
Becoz rishab and natasha both love ram.
But ishika and sid are least bothered about him.
