Hi Guys ..i always feel people reacting much about TRP's..if u observe BALH maintaining 3 to 3.5 constantly .. the reason is people like us who liked the lite hearted moments will always stay with the show ..

As suggested if they add masala like Aswin and Apeksha ..the lost 0.5 may come back ..but wat abt people who love lite hearted romance ..in this constant 3 TRP...

for TRP people have one mis conception ..its not always about story .. see during the marriage seasons ..the party time is after 9 ..rite ..definitely this is marriage season so people so many families missed the shows ..at this time ..if u observe all the shows ratings are down last 2 weeks ..

Another case like me ..so many dont have tv to watch so will watch in NEt which wont consider in TRP but if u observe ..more than 30 to 40000 ..some times more than that watch on net ..

House wifes case they cant watch the show every day late nite as they have option to watch repaet telecats ..and students who left their home and went to hostels to read and watch it in mobile ..this is the reason if u observe in most of articles BALH known as popular show in youth and middle aged also..

Competition case ..yes there is ..but all new shows will get audience ..but whne show is new there will be some new fresh ness and later people wont find interesting and come back to old shows ..and i can bet ..out of 152 episodes ..BALH amanged have some 70% of Excellent and gud episodes and 20% average and 10% Boring during Aswin ..and some other cases..

So dont think much about TRP's .. this show menat to be lite hearted romatic ..and even Ektha is not keeping much negativity in this ..even she dont want to deviate from main point ...

This is my view .. because i had seen lot of people want dramaa ..drama .. but if they add drama which is not necessary how may people like it .. i watched last 2 to 3weeks episodes 10 times each episode..thats effect of lite hearted moments ..

So for TRP'sthere are so many reasons ..BALH is never have any Drama like other serails .. but it alwasy maintain between 3 and 4 if u observe ..during honeymoon ...there is no drama its just some lite romantic scenes then how come it reached very high TRP ..and during Aswin issue it came down why ..when there is Drama .. so dont think much about drama .. let the show goes in same way as it is going now and enjoy it ..

You can see lot of very gud articles about BALH in all famous news papers .. why .. it got such a popularity .. and it chnaged he way serials are going ..now lot of serials adopting same story line ..recently Is payar ko kya naam doo ..serial also .. turning up in this line ..where they marriaed not bacuse of love with some reaons and now they will show again how thye come close..

Parichay same ..punar vivah story line looking same ..and na bole also ...where two people dont like cmg closer ..people started using this show story line , in almost so many shows ..rite ..so just enjoy ..dont think much abt TRP ..do u guys think if they ass drama like Saath nibana like that in BALH we will watch BALH ..no naa ...

Totally Agree with u, even i am a banglaeshi & there r lots of bangladeshi people who r very fond of BALH & they watch it on TV but i think it's also not consider in TRP. so i really don't care about this TRP, even BALH TRP fall down in -5 , i can't stop to see BALH, becoz without BALH i can't imagine a single day, God knows how i spend two days without BALH 2 days becoz sat sony telecast the repeat episode.

Hi Sforsuccess!!

Welcome to the forum!!👏 And love your post.. Some facts remain unchanged.. BALH fans are not gonna stop watching the show just becoz the TRP's are dropping!! Yup! you are right about the loyal fab base.. It has been created thanks to the wonderful show they have been churning!! And those viewers would stay irrespective of the highs and lows!!

But TRP's do determine the money that one would make with respect to advertisements! Unlike viewers, companies do not care abt the plot or the novelty of the show but only if it makes business sense to invest their money in tht timeslot!!

Wrt to online viewership and NRI's,I feel its high time they include it because there are a whole lot of viewers andI hope they find some way to advertise and then include them in their viewership a/c. And its not only BALH but a whole host of other shows who have viewership in thousands or even millions!And it makes my belief firm that online viewers would definitely be a part of it in the future..

I think the viewers who are upset abt TRPs, atleast I can speak for myself, are the ones who feel that the Indian audience have still stuck on to decade old kitchen politics and not welcomed such a wonderful show thereby showing the change in the audience mindset! Also there is this anger towards the channel for doing enough in promoting this show leading to lower TRP's. The last point would be the frustration since this show has potential to be the show stopper and deserves much higher TRP's.

But its heartening to note that the industry has recognized the gem! The accoloades are a mere depiction of our work being appreciated! That is the solace that I derive! We are trend setters and rightly so.

Having said this.. We love BALH!! Ram and PRiya are and will remain the best in the industry!! WE would continue to love our show!

Yes ..and thank u .. but see n case of house wifes ..when they know ..they can see this show on 2 30 , 6 30 also , so there is alwasy chnace that they will try to take rest early to watch it next day ..

But any way dont worry ..Balh strength always its fan base ..who loved the lite romance and some comedy moments ..let it continue like that ...

Highs and lows are common to any serial ..better dont be so critical about those things ..as i always ignore TRP ..case ..just want to enjoy the BALH ..and wat about so many viewers who will watch it on saturday at once ..instead of watchg on eevry day ..so many cases they are not considering ..

TRPS are confusing and difficult to fathom...BALH has climbed up the charts quickly and we have a trendsetter show on our hands...So let's relish the show,keep on commenting, hit the Chaska meter our rankings will arise
