š”Dear Ekta,In a world filled with Reality shows, Comedy circus and dreary soaps, BALH came as a breath of fresh air...a mature sensitive love story with seasoned stars...but you have lost the plot. Let me tell you why..
1. You said in many interviews that you waited for 2 years for Sakshi and Ram Kapoor to get free and shoot this serial..It looks like they are not free..particularly Ram whose absence has been commented.
2 You knew that the wedding was crucial to the plot. YOu knew that if you began the serial in end May the wedding would be during the monsoon season. WHy blame the rains now? Why couldnt you either start this serial early or later. THe fans are the losers here..day after day we are being dished out fillers with body doubles
3. THis is supposed to be a sensitive love story...not a comedy farce. We would much rather preferred if Ram and Priya had got married at her house only. This business of mocking the middle class is getting on our nerves.
4. We are willing to forgive all the side stories of all the non-entities in this serial if you had given us once in 3 days some sensitive interaction (like the hospital scene) to satisfy our expectations...
5. Priya's behaviour of waving down an auto is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. IF her car broke down all she had to do was to call Ram and he would have sent one of his many cars..the last thing he would have liked was to have the press get hold of a picture of his future bride behaving in such a fashion..
SO all in all Ekta...we are disappointed..you have been personally credited with the writing of the story..sorry to say you have lost the plot as well as slowing losing the large fan following for this serial.
I dont even feel like touching the Chaska meter today...in fact I may not even watch the serial tonite...š”š”
