He is concerned about his own name and fame.

when he blamed Nandini for wearing coloured saree, he didn't think once how a widow of his wife will get hurt.

Meera, don't you think Balraj's act contradicting falling on to your feet claiming he is suffering because of the loss of his son and the same person hosting big party within 4 months of his son's death.
If he didn't blame Nandini you can think he is hosting party to hide his sadness but his blame on Nandini should have made you think.

Nandini is a wife of Ani, soul mate. there is surely a sadness. but Balraj should be having more tears for Ani as he is his own blood.

Even though she is manipulated with Balraj's tricky words, there is something called sense which definitely should activate her doubt on Balraj.

For once I kinda got where M stands right at this point. I was thinking how M was starting from episode 1. The reason M decided to come to see Aasthanas was bec. she wants to meet her BF's family and when she got pregnant she thought they have the right to have a relationship with that child. She felt, family must be sad and news about the baby will make them feel better.

So much has happened since she arrived.

One day Balraj begged her to stay and convinced her that he is really sad and will commit suicide if she doesn't agree. She really believed him and she is under his spell since then. She is looking at everything but she still feels Balraj is sad and she sympathizes with him.

Whether M is right or wrong, Balraj's brainwash made her this way. I don't know what will make her come to reality.

I do think this Aasthana house has some weird spell on ppl that literally make them stop thinking.

I am assuming, after N's face off with Balraj, there will be a scene of M's face off too. May be in a different way. I think it'll happen.
