I must say today's epi was best yet, even compared to many serials past and present. I was totally blown away. (Since no emoticons, images can do justice to how I feel, I will not use any.)
The performances, range of emotions, editing, cinematography, cameramanship, direction, dialogues (esp Meera's mom and the precap), from Anuja all the way up to Balraj, Anirudh and Nandini FB were all immaculately executed.
The manner and fashion in which this episode was put together and came together has put ROP on the highest pedestal and my admiration of this team has exponentially multiplied.
The toughest part about everyone's acting was the fact that least amount of dialogues were exchanged. Which means each and every member had to work extra hard to express their reactions, range of various emotions, of shock, surprise, dismay, discombobulation, amazement, mixed emotions.
The best part hands down was the depiction of true friendship I witnessed perhaps for the first time since day one between Agasthya and Meera. I was totally blown away by the way Meera intuitively looked at Agasthya as if beseeching his support. as if asking him to come to her rescue thru tears in her eyes, for helplessness, sadness, loneliness. And Agasthya following her when she leaves everyone feeling totally isolated and alone. He felt her pain, hurt as all eyes were looking at "Ani's gifts".
He left them and the only thing he could think of to do was to be with Meera, to give her his shoulder to cry on. This to me is going to be a very natural and smooth transition into next level between these two lovely people, in spite of Meera's mom present there.
No amount of discussing and using all kinds of expletives is going to do justice to the heights today's episode reached in the art of movie making (that's how I felt, not a serial on small screen.)
But before I close, this song is the closest I could find with the BG song "Yeh lamhe keh rahe hain", during FB btw Nandini-Anirudh, which in my estimation was the 2nd best scene, the 1st one, the top one, the best one ever since day one, was btw Meera and mom hands down, coupled with brief interjections by balraj / biji.

Obviously Biji called Meera's mom. And my prediction is ~ she is already prepared to attack balraj back since she knows that he knows as to who called Meera's mom.
The precap was the 2nd biggest highlight of the episode when Balraj even raises his hand towards Biji. balraj par ab poori tarah se bhoot sawaar ho chuka hai. This time he crossed all limits of decency.
