He never talked of marriage with Meera, never wanted to bring her home. So he wanted her as a change, a contrast to his wife but that was all she was to him?

In the scenes with Nandini, he is not cold at all but a rather charming husband.

He was a two-timer is all I can say. If he truly loved either one of the girls, he would not have cheated on them. He might have had a sort of fatal attraction towards Meera and a staid love for Nandini. Either which way, he was a cheat living a double life.

The two girls are awesome, loving their scenes.

When Meera and Nandini talked about Ani ! Meera's description of Ani was completely contrast to Nandini's description of Ani.

Ani was reserved and quiet with Nandini and with Meera he was lively and talktative. Their Anirudh's didnt match !! Ani was totally having a double life as if he didnt wanted the two identities of his to clash ever !

How cheated did Meera and Nandini felt tonight ! 🥺 The one they loved is so unknwown and secretive to them now !

So why was Anirudh doing it? Did he love both of them ? Or he was just a two timing user ? Do you think it is possible to love two people romantically ? Anirudh is dead he cant justify or share his perspective but can there be an answer to it?

Lovely post dear... Well said...😊
Aadmi EK... Iraade ANEKH...!😳
I guess... Ani was a character who was tied by the strings of his father's dictatorship at home and was a puppet in his hands... JUST did what he said... Balraj's domination ruled over each and every member of the Astaana parivaar... Y wud he spare his own son???
Reg. NANDINI... she shared a BOND with the members of the family from her childhood days... It was decided by Balraj himself may be to marry off his son to Nandini for the property sake... Ani who has a mind of his own was never allowed the freedom of thought at his house and just did things due to respect for his dad... and never questioned him back may be...!With Nandini as his life- partner, no idea whether he loved her...but he defn. gave her the right of a WIFE and treated her with due RESPECT...for the kind of HUMAN she is... for the love , affection, respect...she had for him...also possibly due to knowing her for the past so many years of his life... ... She never met his expectations for a SOUL-MATE he had in his mind may be...!
He meets MEERA during his adventurous camps and falls for her liberated mind, her zeal for living life to the fullest like him... Their commonness possibly took their friendship to love...unknowingly Ani must have got attracted to Meera inspite of his self-consciousness hurting his wife Nandini and hence was never able to open up about this to either of them... and he lived a dual life...!
May be his intention was not to HURT either of the ladies in his life... BUT he did exactly that... and now both the ladies BOND due to their common sadness...of their life... DEATH of Ani... his LOVE for them...!
This was my interpretation...😃

Quite common in real life. My grandfather had a wife and a mistress. His wife left him when he moved his mistress into the same house as his wife 😆. Unfortunately my mother was abandoned by her mother due to all this hungama.

Thanks sweetheart I am glad you are watching this show !

I like your interpretation. It makes sense as to why Ani behaved differently around both.

I had my instincts reg. this show...possibly due to the production house... 😃... so never missed the episodes and now it is truly going on fine ... liked the mature handling of the drama... after a long time(after SGP) felt something is different other than the usual love stories in television... so yup watching it dear...😃

Anirudh is a complicated one 😳

I think his father and Nandini's father wanted them to get married they had that house deal. He loved Nandini but differently

After marriage he fell in love with Meera who was more like him with similar interests he could share his real self with her
