Episodes starts with the competition being set in the living room, one side is Kopal and the other Pari, Rimjim says she will help Kopal and jasmine to help Pari, but jasmine wants to be the judge so Pari gets bubbly to help her, bubbly says she knows how to cook the dishes, Pari is thinking how she is going to defeat Kopal, and Kopal enjoying her popularity at the sasural, but she will win and take charge of everything.

The competition starts, jasmine, Bharti and Chimti are sitting and watching the girls cook away. Pari whispers to bubbly to give her the small jobs to do whereas Kopal tells Rimjim to do the little things such as cutting things etc. Chimti comes forward to check the girls cooking. Pari then to show off tells bubbly to help her more as she is doing everything herself.

Jasmine does a countdown and the girls stop cooking, jasmine comes forward and gives the points on presentation to start off, Pari gets 10/10 and Kopal gets 9/10. Chimti says not to worry the big test will be from the taste, Bharti, Chimti and jasmine taste Pari's first, Chimti opens the pastry, and its empty, jasmine too says there's nothing in it but the pastry, Bharti says not to worry she tried her best. Chimti says u can't praise this properly, let's check Kopals. They walk over to Kopals and taste hers, Chimti and jasmine praise her along with Bharti saying its all been made well, its perfect! Jasmine says there's no need to declare a winner, it's obvious who won, Rimjim hugs Kopal and they celebrate. Bharti looks over at Pari and sees her looking upset; she tells her that she saw how she made it with a lot of love, and not to worry! Rimjim comes and drags Bharti back to their table to eat more.

Pari is shouting at bubbly for making the mistake, saying how could u make empty pastry? No-one will eat this! Bubbly tells her she made a certain type of pastry, and that she thought they would like it but the opposite happened. Pari and bubbly are watching the girls at Kopals table.

Kopal is in the kitchen, Pari walks in, Kopal talks about how fun the competition was and how its been a while since they have had such fun, Pari shouts that because ur my eldest SIL, doesn't give u the right to mock me, Kopal says I don't understand what u mean… are u upset about the competition? Pari goes on about how just because she won the competition… jasmine and Rimjim walk in, Pari changes her tune and says to Kopal I was joking, don't get upset over silly things, I am happy that u won, otherwise I would have to make u happy, so glad ur won. Jasmine and Rimjim are watching and listening. Pari hugs Kopal, but is making faces behind her back.

Rimjim is walking into Bharti's room with Vehaan and Aditya telling them about the competition, Bharti asks if they have brought gifts for their wives, and she's looks at them and tells the boys which sari the girls should wear and when. Aditya says to Bharti don't u think we are showering them with too many gifts, oh well, I heard Pari lost the competition, she must be upset, let me go sort out her mood, he smiles at Bharti and takes the bag.

Vehaan is about to walk out of the room but Bharti calls him and tells him to make sure Kopal wears the nice new sari, he smiles at Bharti and says yes mum, he leaves and so does Kopal.

Pari is in her room complaining about how she lost because of bubbly, Aditya walks in and is watching and listening to her, he asks her what's wrong, and how talking to urself is the first sign of mental illness! Pari says she's not in the mood, and to leave her alone, Aditya says fine I will leave u alone, but I guess u don't want ur gifts, she runs after him and says she wants the sari's and takes them out and holds them towards her. She goes on about how she was upset in the morning when Aditya made a comment about how she couldn't cook, but she's has forgotten all about that now after he has gifted her with such a lovely present.

Aditya talks about how she lost the competition and is laughing, Pari gets annoyed and tells him to stop talking nonsense! He points out how he is telling the truth, and how she didn't get anyone's praises, he laughs and walks out of the room. Pari is standing in her room and says watch and wait lets see how long u will be called this houses number 1 DIL!

Kopal walks into her room and sees Vehaan, she says she didn't know he was home, she was getting everything ready for tonight and that she will go get him a cup of tea now, he says not to worry, she goes to the wardrobe and takes out a sari, Vehaan is watching her then looks at the gift bag on the bed, he stops her from going to get dressed, and mentions the sari, she asks what's wrong with the sari she chose, he says nothing but he's brought her a new sari, one for now and one for 2maro, because Bharti said. He tells her its one the bed and she immediately goes to look at them, she's smiling at him, he is watching her, and she walks to the bathroom to get dressed in it. She walks out dressed in the sari, Vehaan is sitting on the bed and working, she says to him I didn't know u were great at picking out sari's, u probably have brought Bharti some too, but I like this so thanks. He says I don't know much about sari's, the ones the shop owner said were nice, I picked them, I don't want whatever is happening between us to reach to the family outside, I don't want the family to know. Also because of me I don't want u to be embarrassed or have any trouble, Kopal is trying to say something but Bharti is in the room and calls Kopal, both Vehaan and Kopal are looking at Bharti, she doesn't look happy.
