WU 22nd dec Rishton ki baat

Epi starts with Shrivastav doing some paper work, Kopal comes and brings him milk, she sees her dad struggling to read his work, she puts his glasses on the table and says I knew u would forget ur glasses as usual. U should wear them and work, he ignores her, so she walks out but he stops her and says u care so much about my eyes but not my heart, which u hurt a lot today. She starts crying and sits near his leg on the floor, he holds her head and says I know what happened today isn't ur fault, stand up. Ur mother gave birth to u both, but my blood runs in ur veins, I lifted u both, taught u to walk, speak etc, I probably cared more for u than ur mother, so I understand my u girls more than anyone, I know ur sweet and innocent and ur sister is like thunder. I remember when u was little and I brought u both a dress, u loved urs but Pari didn't like hers so u swapped it. I know u love ur sister a lot and she loves u too, but u need to get out of her shadow, u need to not be a part of her bad behaviour, by taking part in her bad work, u too did something bad. Yeh she dyed her hair but by u going out with her, lying about where u went, that's just as bad. Kopal says she knows it's her mistake, she didn't mean to hurt him and she also asks for forgiveness on behalf of Pari too. Kopal promises not to do anything like this again and she will fix things.

He says he knows she will do anything to make things right, that to properly, he hands her money, she asks what its for, he says to get ur chain back, she thanks him and he says daughters don't thank their father, go to sleep now, I have lots of work to do. Kopal leaves and her father sit down to do work.

Suddenly his phone rings, its Bharti and he looks worried as it is quite late, she says sorry for ringing late, but she has something important to talk to him about, he says if its important he can come over now, but she says no it can wait till the morning and to come over at 9am.

The next morning Bharti is setting the table with one of the workers, Vehaan walks in and says why is there so much set out on the table, I told u last night I have an early meeting, is there someone coming over? Bharti says yes someone is coming over, but before that she needs to speak to him; she takes his hand and walks out into the angan. She explains that Shrivastav is coming for breakfast, she wants to talk about Vehaans rishta with his daughter, and she goes on and says I have seen lots of dreams of ur wedding, which all mothers see. You know your father accepted me despite my weakness, he accepted me to such an extent that he never made me feel like something was wrong with me. All the happiness I have is due to ur father, he gave me all this happiness. Even I ever let anything ruin our family, that's why its important to accept one another and keep each other happy that the way u get peace and happiness. And that's what I want for u too, and my heart says that u too will find someone who will give u lots of happiness, think about what I said.

Vehaan says mum, everything u say is the most important to me, whatever u decide for me, I accept, he sees Bharti happy and then says he has to go to work now, and leaves.

Vehaan when walking out bumps into Shrivastav they greet each other, and Vehaan tells someone to take him to the kitchen, mum is waiting for him. Bharti and Shrivastav are drinking tea at the table, she says to him, he has worked for years for their family, and he knows and understands Vehaan more than anyone else, Shrivastav agrees and says Vehaan works well, but is also a good human being. Bharti says yes for that Vehaan today I ask for something from u… Shrivastav ji looks worried; he says what can he give her for Vehaan that isn't given by her already. She replies its something special, she takes out a picture of Pari, and says ur daughter, Shrivastav looks at Pari's picture, and he holds it.

(Epi is cute a bit so not sure what else was said in the convo)Shrivastav says I don't understand, what u have said, if u don't mind can I have some time, Bharti says I understand, take ur time, don't worry, I don't want u to make a decision in a hurry, and even if u disagree, I promise u this wont effect our relationship. Shrivastav ji says thanks and takes leave.

Pari Is doing her nails when her father walks home and he sees Kopal working with her mum. Kopals mum says u came back early, the grandma says u haven't been fired have u? He replies he came back early because he didn't go work. Kopals mum comes forward and says what's wrong; he tells her that Bharti has asked for Paris hand in marriage for Pari, they all get excited, and Kopal runs to say congrats to Pari who too is excited. The grandma says God listened to her prayers. Shrivastav says listen to what he has to say yet, he hasn't said yes to the rishta, he told Bharti ji he will think about it, they all worry about this and ask why. The grandma says fathers of daughter beg for grooms and u want to think about it, he replies and says understand that where they are and where we are, thanks to her our house gets food, and that's the home I should send my daughter too. His wife says if Bharti doesn't care about this then why are u thinking about this, think she herself has asked for our daughter, but we too have worked hard. He says to her he has worked hard for everything and all his respect, if something happens and he loses the respect and everything he worked for, he says that's it, 2maro I will ring her and say we don't accept this rishta and walk away. Pari and everyone looks upset, the grandma says to her DIL do something, this rishta can't leave our hands.

Its night and Pari is walking around her room angry and thinking about her father saying no about the rishta and everything discussed earlier. She goes into her parent's room and wakes her mum up, and calls her out. They walk out together and Pari says I dreamed all the time, but now that I see my dreams about to be fulfilled dad is breaking them, do something mum. She says don't u worry, I won't let this rishta go, listen to my idea, and Pari is smiling.

The next morning, Pari walks to her mum and says she found Bharti jis number in her dads diary, the mum replies thank God ur grandma took ur dad out this morning otherwise he would have called early this morning, she dials the number.

Bharti goes to answer he phone and looks happy at the fact its Shrivastav ji, she answers it and the mother introduces herself as Manju, she says I wanted to talk to u about the rishta etc, we were so happy that we didn't ever think out Pari would be this lucky, we are all so happy that u considered us worthy of her, she says if u can come over today and we can discuss more about the rishta and u can meet Pari etc. Whilst Manju is lying on the phone to Bharti, Kopal looks angry and uncomfortable about the convo.

Bharti says to Manju she will be happy to come over, she puts the phone down and the Epi ends with Bharti looking happy.

For some reason today Bharti looked older than she has ever looked in the leap! LOL! It was sooo cute the way she explained to Vehaan about how Murli accepted her etc, and how he too will find someone to love him like that too.
