Epi starts with Mridang entering Gaushu's hospital room. Mridang is the happiest man alive, all the family comes in happily but Gau notices that her mom enters after everyone. Chimti says that she is more worried for her daughter than she is for the baby. *facepalm*

Bharti is walking around with Baba at "his" temple, later then sit down to eat, Bharti looks worried, but Baba says that she has to stay strong and keep faith. Bharti asks if she will recover by staying in such a peaceful way and Baba responds that there is no doubt about that.

At home, everyone prays for the new baby, Murli remembers the time when Bharti came back from hospital with the baby.
Kamla is very talkative with the baby who is crying a lot, Mridang takes baby girl who turns quiet. Everyone is happy except Chimti. Then Mridang receives a call from work and say that he has to leave so he can earn money to raise his daughter. Dumhroo says that it's true since he will have to give a lot at the wedding. *facepalm* Everyone turns blank. Chimti takes this opportunity to critic the birth of a GIRL.
Kamla is angry and says that a girl isn't less respected than a boy in their family *applause*. She gets emotional talking about Veena, and how hard times where back then. But soon she says that they are rich now *ahem* and that they'll take care of everything. Mridang approves saying that he'll work hard day and night for his daughter. He finally leaves for work.
Chimti looks at the baby girl as if she was about to kill it. *careful gau, your mom is messed up*

Bharti is praying in a group at the temple and kids behind her are talking about her. After the prayer, they keep making fun of her. Bharti looks very hurt and wonders who are her parents.
She goes to baba and asks him why she is like that. He says that she have to make her kaami her strength, that maybe her issue is due to something in another past life of her.

Murli at night is trying to calm down baby boy who is crying. Then he notices that he has to change the diaper *memories anyone?*. He fails and remembers of Bharti then he finally is able to make it.

Murli is talking to the baby, saying that Bharti was the greatest person alive and that she would have taken good care of his son. He also says that he loves her. He ends up crying. Mridang who saw it all leaves without saying a word.

End of the epi.

I didn't understand much, basically chimti is hating the new baby and Bharti is trying to figure out about her height.

Hopefully now is the moment we have all been waiting for!!! The exit of Chimti!!!!!!!!!!!!! Probabaly not before she manages to stir up some more trouble for the Lal family and for her own two daughters .Its time for Gaushala to see the true face of her mother and the error of her own evil ways for which she should NEVER be forgiven!!

Well, after anybody took the scepter n gave 🤬 a dose! Not enuff , my POV! this creature deserve much more! How can u sit there n spoil the most beautyful moment in the life of a couple, ur own daughter!!!!! Y did Mridang take this shit, y didn't Jhumka say anything? Gau, u evil, I hope u will get now some clear scenes of ur mother now! Oh I forgot, u r playing in the same league! U n ur mother should be kicked out of this parasite mansion! Is Gau again getting away with everything? Oopar waley ne kuch ziada hi dheel de rakhi hai! Kabhi koi khenche ga bhi? Whatever she did in the past, teasing this masoom baby last week was somehow the limit! How could she? This is something I will NEVER forgive her! Only cause she fell down n had a serious delivery, everything should be over n out? Hate this woman, i was wishing her the most painfull delivery a woman ever had, but this bitch fainted and had not a bit of anything called pain! Oh Rabba, kab mile ga insaaf!
Murli's performance make me cry, kaleja bahir aane laga ab tou! How he tries to take care of Rehaan, helpless in one moment, in the next Bhartis memories using to control himself! Outstanding acting of Vikrant! Loved Mridang in the role of happy dad,he waited too long for this! Dumrooh was looking that handsome today! Black suits him very well!
