I'm not siding anyone, but I guess hashbrown didn't mean to say "wrong message" probably it wasn't put in the best possible way. But what she is trying to say from my understanding is that Bharti has been shown having more miseries in her life rather than happiness which was always short-lived. And now by showing her dead some people kind of have this mentality that oh all bad happened in her life and end is also bad, basically meaning everything bad only in her life and no space was there for anything else. Since Bharti is a midget so some think what's in a serial applies in reality as well. This is only either people who watch the show or avid Indian telly serial watchers. For instance, take saas-bahu however good either of them are at some point they get those ill thoughts as in serials (not to that degree of thoughts though)... some of them show it some don't, all human nature it comes to in the end.
As hashbrown being a faithful follower of the serial, wants things to happen in the best interests of the show and shared her feel of how the scenario would be.

'wrong message' is the wrong choice of word...i was in a hurry when writing that post, i knew those were not the right wordings to put my thoughts properly...my mistake !!

@sumisa91, thanks for an explanation...it is quite accurate...i will only add, the title of the show is:
Baba Aiso Varr Dhoondho (and thats probably the message/theme/ main idea...)

bharti's dying doesn't go well with this title...for me, it just doesn't go with Varr taking care of his wife who happens to be a little person...baba handed over his daughter to the vaar, and he took complete responsibility of her...a death for her will only send me a signal as a viewer that the vaar failed to deliver. it will be kind of a joke...so for me any thing else other than a happy ending will not make much sense... bharti and murli will have to be together and happy when the show ends !!

its not that bharti cannot die just because she is a midget...she surely can, but i was giving my take on this idea of meeting her death, while trying to console bavdfan, sumisa and addicted1...

Thank god Murli today at least got back his baby, and I was also happy that Roopa managed to find her hubby & son. The way the Lal's found out was pretty dramatic - over the TV news.

Yes, finally Chutku is back with Murli!!! The poor guy was going to die having lost everything, now its turn for Bharti to return!!!

Out of the Lals, Kamala's was just overacting a tad too much. The way she was popping out her eyes and just dropping her self on the sofa was funny 😆...!

hey sumisa91, thanks for the wonderful august 17th written update. i logged in just now to comment but the topic is closed...my apologies...

i will only say that chutku is such an adorable little thing...i loved him because he is a very cute child and secondly, he has been very co operative with his dad...he is without the warmth of his mother's embrace, he has lost her soon after his arrival to this world, but then his dad hugged him and kissed him and agreed to take him back to home, it was very moving, and a moment worth watching...

@hashbrown
Thanks for yor kind words 😃...! No worries about not being able to comment on the WU. You all appreciate the effort is more than enough for me 😳!

Yes indeed that lil kiddo is a wonder to me!!!! Even at such a little age the baby has been used very well in the show. Not to forget Murli's interaction with the kiddo. Its just too good! The way he hugs him, kisses him, holds him every little thing has that fatherly instinct in it. All credit to Vikrant, he is just awesome! Though at such a young age to bring out all those feelings is quite remarkable, he's quite a sensible guy in real I guess that's the reason why he appears so strict all the time and aloof from everyone.

Today's episode (18th August 2011) in the begining was so sad 😭. Both the bada and chotta Murli in their own miseries...! My heart went out to both of them!

When Murli went for his Vaishno Devi trip, I was incredulous. Today's Murli, who just launched into the gods, was more the Murli that we've seen evidence of. Him praying to that shrine @ the Vaishno Devi site was very out of character: what he did today to the images of the gods Kamala was approaching as more what Murli would normally do.

Yes. We got to see the "angry man" Murli after a long time and his actions were well justified for what he has been through.

As nigahlad pointed out, shouldn't the call the police made have been to Murli's cell-phone? That's what he'd have been most likely to leave them with, rather than his home phone.

One more thing - when the baby was crying like that, it seemed more like it was hungry: if it was just company, usually babies are fine in the arms of even their grandparents. So I was surprised that he got quiet after being put into Murli's arms.

There is a brighter side to Bharti's disappearance. In the past, Gau could not be punished even after she was fully exposed b'cos Bharti came in the way and sabotaged things, like calling her back after Murli kicked her out, and almost handing her the entire property. I know I'm in the minority on this, but I always thought that from the POV of just Bharli's interests, even Murari was better. Had Gau been found and returned, Chimshala would have been free to continue w/ their evil plans, this time involving the new kids.

But now, w/ Bharti out of the way, if Gau and Chimpti do get discovered, they'll be successfully kicked out, and even Mridang this time is unlikely to side w/ Ram-ji's bhanji (whose faith in Rama has been destroyed since she discovered Bharti will get a son and she a daughter). I can't wait for that to happen. Since the original article mentioned that it will be some time b4 they are re-united, I think that Gaushala's plot will succeed. I do hope, however, that even if they keep the separation alive, they'll expose Gau and Chimpti, and kick them out, now that Bharti's not around. If this is the serial that makes way for haar-jeet, then they can do that, let a few episodes happen b4 Bharti is discovered, and end it on that note.

Vrish, I'm with you on the whole Murari better than Gau comment!

And if there is even the slightest possibility of this playing out the way you have suggested, I'll be OK with a BharLi separation.

But no matter how far she goes, Gaushu is always saved in some way or another by the CVS. Just so they can have that negative element in the show to balance it out. But as I have said already in my 'Tell The CVS' thread, there are other ways to create all that tension and drama without focusing it all in one character.

And wouldn't the police actually visit a family and pass on this piece of news instead of relaying it over the phone? That was stupid. I hope the police have better sense next time and actually go to the Laals or even take Bharti along.
