I know its kind of late for an update but I saw some people requesting for it in other posts so here it is!
After sanchi protects the last diya from extinguishing, Pratap comes there and tells everybody that SaVan will have atleast one baby. And to add to the celeberation tonight, he has called a magician. The magician starts to show some tricks on Shreya-bunty, babu-nani etc.
Meanwhile, pappu viren and bunty take shravan aside and decide on a spot where the lights will be at midnight so that shravan can express his feelings to sanchi in front of everybody.
Everybody's dancing and having fun. Sanchi starts looking for shravan and sees him standing in a corner. she goes to him and asks what happened. shravan just keeps staring at her admiringly. sanchi continues asking him what is wrong but shravan doesn't answer back. just then, pappu comes there and pushes sanchi aside (his palms are glued together from a trick done by the magician). shravan keeps looking at sanchi but pappu wants his help perhaps to open his palms so he changes the angle of shravan's face towards him instead and just then, the clock ticks 12. lights go off and the spotlight is on shravan, sanchi, and pappu. the hypnotism starts and shravan says "I love you" but not to sanchi. he says it to our dear pappu.
everyone is shocked. shravan kisses pappu on his cheek and then hugs him. dadi asks shravan what is the heck is wrong with him but he doesn't listen (as he is in hypnotism mode). madhura cries by thinking she has instilled wrong values in his son and this is the result. pratap is angry and blames pappu for influencing shravan. sanchi is deeply shocked and speechless. pappu runs away from there and hides in shravan's room behind a curtain.
shravan comes there looking for pappu. he calls out him as "pappu ji" and "mere hone wale bachchon ki amma (would-be-mother of my kids)"! pappu is mortified. shravan finds him behind the curtain and starts canoodling (the right word?, i don't know) him. pappu tries to bring him back from the hypnotic state but all efforts go wasted. shravan pulls pappu out and puts bindi on his head. (an unnecessary scene)
everybody has left. pratap, rajat, dadi, madhura, and nidhi are in a room. pratap is walking back and forth due to frustration. madhura and dadi say that shravan turned out to be gay but pratap doesn't agree to that and nidhi supports him. nidhi says that so far shravan has never behaved this way so maybe we're misunderstanding the situation. madhura says that all of it is her fault as she had put a frock on shravan on his 2nd bdayš
pratap says he is worrying about sanchi. what will her reaction be? then, sanchi comes to the room and says that do not worry. she'll try talking to shravan and see if anything is wrong. everybody agrees to that.
shravan drags pappu to the room everybody is in. he introduces the love of his life to the family and asks pappu to take everbody's blessings. dadi and pratap jump backwards when pappu is forced to take blessings. shravan then asks pappu to also ask sanchi for blessings. sanchi almost gives it but dadi stops her. shravan thinks the family is against them and takes pappu away from there. dadi then tells sanchi that this is happening due to her only. she is the one who keeps covering shravan's mistakes and now here is the result of that. sanchi thinks to herself that dadi is right. covering for shravan is indeed all she's done so far.
