Part 8
A week later
Pravin is in his room standing near the window looking at the sky and lost in his thoughts. When someone interrupts his thoughts.
Voice: kya soch rahe ho?
Pravin jolts a little from voice he turns around and see pravina standing right behind him, he gets happy seeing her but doesn't show instead gets angry and turns back around and keeps looking at the sky. While pravina is shocked why pravin is behaving like this.
Pravin (in angry voice): tumhe kya main job hi sochon? Tumhe toh koi farak nahi padhta na?
Pravina little knowing that why pravin is behaving like this.
Pravina: yeh kya keh rahe ho?
Pravina: meri taraf dehko pravin. Please dekho na.
Pravin does not move. Pravina hugs pravin from behind and rest her head on his shoulder.
Pravin: kahan thi itni dinon se? kyon nahi ayi?
Pravina: acha toh yeh baat hai. Hmmm…arre kya karon wwoh en donon duniya ke connections hi ajj kal bohut kharab ja rahe hain.
Saying this pravina laughs.
Pravin: arre joke mat maro.
Pravin is still lost in his thoughts when pravina jokingly hits him on his shoulder, pravin looks at her.
Pravin tells pravina that everyone is recovering from the incident now but mehul is still not been able to pull himself together.
Pravin: mujhe mehul ki bohut chinta ho rahi hai. Who abhi bhi ubhar nahi pa raha, na hansta na, na hi baat karta hai. Aur chaitali bhi bohut udaas rehti hai, na kuch bolti hai bas tumhe yaad karti hai.
Pravina (still resting her head on pravin's shoulder): Pravin aik idea hai…aik kaam karo pravin tum na bachon ko lekar na kuch dinon ke liye Ooty chale jao wahan humare farm house par. Yeh log kuch din wahan raheinge toh change hojayega unka mood. Maan bhi behal jayega.
Pravin: haan yeh theek hai, aik dam mast idea hai, mian ajj hi baa se baat karke nikali ki tayari karta hon.
Pravin turns around and looks at her and slowly pecks on her cheeks, pravina smiles. Before pravin could move forward and do something they hear loud voices from downstairs, its charu's voice.
Pravin makes faces, while pravina looks at his face with confused looks.
Pravina: ab kis baat par tamasha?
Beofore pravin could reply they hear charu's voice from downstairs.
Charu: arre main toh esi liye keh rahi thi takay sabko pata chale ke hum log pravina bhabhi ko kitna pyaar karte hain esi liye unki shuk sabah imported karein.
Without hearing other word pravina laugh out loud while pravin gets angry and tries to go downstairs to shut cahru up but pravina holds his hand. Pravin turns around.
Pravin: haath chado.
Pravina: nahi chodongi.
Pravin knows it not worth arguing so he gives up, pravina gives him victorious smile.
Both sit on bed holding hands together, pravina is resting herself on pravin's chest and pravin holds her from wrist. pravina plays with his thumb, while pravin creases her hairs.
Background music:

When suddenly they hear footsteps and pravina just go by the window and vanishes, pravin is soo shocked, but then sees on door and sees mitali.
Mitali: papa, dadi maa keh rahi hain khana lag gaya hai app ajayein.
Pravin just nods and asks mitali to go he'll come. Mitali goes pravin goes to window looks at the sky and imagines pravina's smiling face, he smiles too and then goes.
Night
All are sitting in aangan (baa, mota bhai, sobudh, leela and harshad) when pravin thinks this is perfect opportunity to talk to baa about taking children to Ooty.
Pravin: baa, mujhe kuch baat karni hai
Baa: haan beta bol kya baat hai?
Pravin: baa bache Abhi bhi es hadse se bahar nahi aa pa rahe khas kar ke Mehul aur Chaitali. Toh pravina…
Baa and everyone else looks at him.
Pravin: ehmm…mera matlab main yeh soch raha tha ke kyon na bachon ko kuch dinon ke liye main Ooty humhare farmhouse par le jayaon, unka maan bhi behal jayega, aur yahan se door raheinge toh jaldi ubhar painge. Yahan raheinfe toh har cheez mein pravina hi….
He did not have courage to say more, he himself still not could pull himself together.
Everyone agrees.
Baa: haan beta yeh theek kaha tumne, yehi theek rahega Abhi.
Leela: par baa M,C and M yon toh razi nahi honge.
Pravin: toh main aik karta hon sab bachon aur gattu ko le chalta hon
Baa: haan yeh theek hai.
Sobudh: par app akele…mera matlab app akele bachon ko kaise sambhaleinge? Aur gattu toh, app jante hain.
Jigar: baa toh aik kaam karte hain, main bhi pravin kaka ke saath chala jata hon.
Mota bhia: haan yeh theek hai.
Leela: baa humare liye theek hai par bachon ko kaise manayeinge? Khas karke Mehul aur Chaitali ko.
Everyone is worried.
